We have nothing but praise for Sail Structures. We requested a quote to replace an existing, poor condition shade sail. Their quote to supply and fit was much less than expected so we gave them the immediate go ahead. Despite us giving them a tight time scale, (it must be in by Christmas) they came up with the result we had dreamt of. We live in Port Douglas and unfortunately, with tropical cyclone Jasper's pending arrival, the sail had to be taken down a week after it was erected. The support from Sail Structures was excellent and the sail is up again ready for our family to arrive for Christmas. Aaron and his professional team recently put up two shade sails at my place, one large waterproof one and one using Rainbow brand fabric over the pool . My contact with this company has been nothing but exemplary from start to finish e,g. removing the old sails, measuring , quotes and the two office ladies keeping contact in re to availability of fabric( which come from overseas) and the dates for construction and finally erection . We are absolutely delighted with our new waterproof shade sail from Sail Structures. Aaron was totally professional from the very beginning.
