Served by Ke-Ting. Not happy with the service. Don't even know what basic consumer laws are. If something is advertised for a particular price thats what you should be charged. When I queried the price disrepancy, Ke-Ting's reply was that its an old price and can't honour the price but instead give refund instead. Apparently he did not have time to out up the tickets with price updates but it didnt seem to busy he was just sitting on down playing in his phone. If he is owner then good luck keeping business open with the way you operate. If he just a staff member I recommend the owners/managers have a word with him and educate him on a basic retail consumer laws. I am a loyal customer for this shop since last year. Today I completely dissapointed with their action. I bought 2 box intra jahe wangi, 1 bottle shaoxing cooking wine, 1 can f&n sarsi drink, 1 tapioca crackers, 1 twisties bbq curry and 1 red tiger balm. Quite busy and isle's pretty thin, I usr a walker but I made it only problem is if someone else in the same isle the others had to reverse out for me lol.
