Japanese restaurant with simple but effective décor and still have a welcoming feel upon stepping inside (although lacking the greeting you normally get when entering a Japanese restaurant - irasshaimase!). Small and limited seating but well spaced out. I like how everything is already on the table (soya sauce, napkins, small sauce bowls and chopsticks). The menu I feel is well designed, simple, easy to read. They have a self serve tray with water and spare plates.

Ordered the Unagi - grilled eel bento box, came with a small salad and miso soup. Salad was good, miso soup ok and eel was presentable, flavour was good, texture abit on the soft side. Also ordered a Beef Tataki which was average, kind of lacked freshness, seemed like it was in pre-made and stored in the fridge for some time. Overall though, not a bad dining experience for a neighbourhood...

Edited review for 29th Oct, Came for lunch, we ordered spring rolls, chicken gyoza and salmon tobiko to share. Hubby had salmon platter and I had the prawn tempura udon. Very delicious, and food was well presented. We enjoyed our lunch very much.

Went for Sunday lunch, the restaurant was busy. We ordered the beef tataki, chicken karaoke, spring rolls for sharing. My sons both had the chicken katsu set with rice, salad and miso soup. I had the tempura prawns with udon noodles. Hubby had the salmon platter. Everything tasted so fresh and yum. Good size serves, everyone enjoyed their meals. Would come back for another meal.

Came back for another Sunday lunch. Had beef tataki, chicken katsu sushi, salmon platter and mixed tempura. So delicious, definitely our new favourite...

Will never eat here again.

Super overpriced for what you get. Pictured here is an example of their beef tataki... $12. Have a look at their menu and tell me that's not false advertising. Honestly have no idea how this place is sitting at a 4.6. Otherwise they must just skimp out on takeaway orders. Total joke.

Be better than this guy's, you've lost me and my family as customers and will very likely lose more if you don't improve.

And before they claim that this is not original packaging, I've literally just transferred the entirety of their appetizer into a container this size. Total...
