Suwan Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Canning Vale

Food has been consistently good over last 3 years but recent last couple of orders have been a drama. Last order we mentioned "NO Eggs, NO Cauliflower" but at the end we got it in our takeaway meals, order feed back provided. Uncle was very good and promptly gave us $31 Credit note for next order, yesterday went again to get our usual order, mentioning "NO Cauliflower" but as got home with takeaway and again incorrect meal received, full of Cauliflower. Plus the Cashew nut curry has changed the taste and its not as authentic as used to be. My review here is to challenge Restaurant and give us back the Thai Authentic Taste. Good luck, we shall pause our self from visiting for some time now at least....

On entering the premises, I had high hopes that food would be authentically prepared as the ambiance and decor appeared to have all the elements of a Thai restaurant. Unfortunately, this is one case of being warned not to judge a book by it's cover is good advice. Service was by some inexperienced staff, except for a gentleman who was either the owner or the Manager. Food was disappointing as the red curry might as well be prepared from a packet paste, and what made it more unacceptable was the further sweetening of the sauce. Was told to pickup in 25 minutes. Arrived after 20 minutes and food was waiting in the bag on the bench. Needs to be kept heated, it was almost cold already. Checked the bag, no rice was told we didn't order any. Had to wait over 5 minutes for that, to get home and realise the fish cakes were from a packet and like rubber. The curry was likely defrosted and had very little flavor. The other dishes were bland and did not contain the listed ingredients but a likely defrosted generic vegetable medley. Will not be ordering here again. Expensive! And less flavour than microwave meals from the supermarket. This is not...
