Pastacup — Restaurant in Western Australia

The past few months I have noticed the service and quality at the canning vale store is declining. On one occasion I had rang through my order so I could collect and did not have to wait I asked how long the ordered would take which the response was approx 10 mins with this info I had allows 15mins before arriving at the store only to be told my order was not ready and had to wait a further 20mins

I recently placed up and picked up an order (on Monday) when I got home my order was incorrect there was more sauce than pasta, I had tried to call the store to speak to the manager only to be told they were not there and there was no one else I could speak to I left my name and number and was told the manger would call me back I still have not received a call back...

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the Pasta Cup in Canning Vale and I was a bit weary when I entered the store at around 1:30 pm on a weekday to find no other customers and two staff who I was unfamiliar with.

My meal was ready for collection and considering that it cost over $50 for lunch for two dishes, the contents of the bag seemed a bit light and the meals appeared a bit small.

It was at least 15 to 20 minutes before I was able to sit down and eat the food first noticing that the usual complimentary bread roll slice was nonexistence which I had been looking forward to.

When serving the food it looked fresh and when I started eating I was pleasantly surprised at how hot it had remained and how tasty it was. I certainly was not disappointed...

Ordered meatball spaghetti and only received spaghetti and tomato sauce... Where is the meatball? Obviously this is not the 1st complaints about this issue. I would change my chef or really look into this issue if I were yous. We customers paid full asking price but get only a fraction of what we paid. This is not good at all... What is your solution for this? If your chef can't be trusted with the job they suppose to do then please dont use the uber eat apps. At least in the restaurant we could complaint and get refund immediately but with uber eats we are left with angry unsatisfied stomach. And the pasta was way way way overcooked... even the dogs In the movie lady and the tramp had better pasta and at least they got...
