Daebak Mart — Local services in Carlisle

Yesterday my friend and I went to this mart to buy food. I wanted to buy some food, but no there and then the staff explained that a delivery truck might come today. After buying something, I went to my friend's house and called the mart. The owner said the delivery truck had not arrived yet. So I told her I would call her back 20 minutes after my arrival. When I arrived 20 minutes later, the truck had already arrived, and I asked the owner if I could buy food.

She yelled all sorts of annoyances and screams, asking why you didn't call me. I felt very insulted and swore I would never come here again. I'm just here to buy stuff. Do I need to be treated like this? Just thinking about it makes me so angry. She usually has been annoyed and grumbling to customers. She will have to learn minimal manners to deal with...
