Totally Thai — Restaurant in Carlisle

Came here about 3 years ago on my birthday, it was fantastic, that’s why I decided to come back this time. However, I am disappointed this time.

Three years ago, we (2 people) were arranged to seat on table for two at first. After we put order in, staff arranged another bigger table for us before our food were served without asking because we ordered 4 dishes, our table was too small to serve all our dishes. Food was fantastic, and customer service was awesome, the only problem was slowly dishes serving, but that was still ok with all other good things.

Today we (still 2 people) ordered 3 dishes and one drink. Dish serving was still slow as last time which I didn’t really mind based on our last fantastic experience. 2 dishes were served at first, and the table was almost full. Then, the staff brought the third dishes( fried barra served on a massive plate) and waited us to try to adjust plates. After all dishes and drink were served, our serving plates could only sit at side of table, we didn’t even know how should we start, maybe hold our plats at all time?!

I asked one of staff to see if we could change bigger table but got no response, maybe there was no any other available table. So I asked another staff if the fried barra could be changed into a smaller plate, still got no response. But without any changes, we couldn’t start eating, so I have to ask staff again, and finally they changed a smaller plate for me.

Food was still ok, but the service was terrible. Would not recommend or go...

I ordered 3 dishes from Ubereats as I was running late and restaurant closes at 9pm, which seems to be quite standard for a Monday night in Perth. I ordered Penang Curry mixed seafood, Green Curry Chicken and Pad Thai Chicken and Prawn. The curry sauces were tasty, not too sweet like a lot of the Thai restaurants. The Green Chicken Curry was good, not a lot of chicken but lots of veg so that was decent. The Pad Thai was tasty but it was mainly just noodles not much chicken, 2 prawns I think and not even a lot of other ingredients. The Penang Mixed Seafood was disappointing. I think there was 2 prawns and 6 peices of squid and 2 mussels, no fish, not good quality seafood either. This dish cost $31.90 for few pieces of seafood, sorry that isn't good enough. There are some good seafood suppliers in the local area. It seems they are using minimum ingredients for maximum profit at the expense of good quality and proportions of ingredients. The restaurant is popular and as I said the food is tasty but I would comment that they need to up the game with the amount of meat and seafood in the dishes and use quality seafood or dont offer the seafood option in...

Ordered on uber eats, few minutes later got the notification that one of their items was out of stock. Which was no issue, I just updated the order and put it a new item in place of it. A few minutes later got a voice message from them saying that the item we ordered earlier was in fact in stock. Confused by this i called them and the lady on the phone is extremely rude from the get go. They informed me that it actually out of stock and i let them know that no issue please look at my updated order. They refused to look at my updated order, refused to tell me what was in the bag and was overall rude on the phone. When the order came half my order was missing as they never looked at the updated order but they fully charged me for it. This is a business that does not care about its customers. They want to quickly get orders out the door without caring about anything else. I think its safe to say that I have been scammed by them tonight. Go to Little B or Little Ying Thai if you want to have good Thai food prepared by people who care about...
