This is Australia's BEST pies! Chunky. Amazing gravy. Lots of taste. Flakey top crust. Firm bottom crust. Dense filling. A little pricy ~$8+. Filling!

I was part owner of Aussie Baked Pies in Canada and I travelled around Aus in my motorhome in 2021, tasting multiple pies from each place I visited. I was thoroughly dissatisfied in the quality of pies being produced around our fine country. Little did I know, the best damn pie was actually closer to home. I have photos and reviews of each pie I tasted on my travels, and Fussy Butchers blows them all out of the water. They even serve their pies in tin, which I hate, but it does Not make the pie soggy. I ordered lamb racks for a special birthday dinner and went to collect them today. I was informed I'd placed the order for the next day. Not the case as the dinner is this evening. I was happy of the offer to wait while the racks were prepared for me. When I undid the packaging at home to prep for cooking I was extremely disappointed in the way they had been butchered. The racks underneath the top layer were the worst (see photo). I had to spend a lot of time tidying them all up to make them look presentable. I would have rather come back later or waited longer for them to be prepared properly. They look nothing like the couple of neat racks in the meat cabinet. And, they cost me over $180. You lost a customer today...

We have just visited the Cockburn shop, We received expensive poor service. We were served by a young man who was being supervised by a senior employee, we purchased 120$ worth of meat, and thanks to the employee, our chicken sausages where placed in the same bag as our pork sausages, they were then squished and ozzed out of the skin, and the chicken sausages cross contaminated the pork sausages - nice 👍. Both the steak and the pork chops we brought were also jammed in their bags, is there a shortage of bags?, Over all we are highly disappointed. We thought we would give you guys a go,...
