Food 5/5 Beverages 4/5 Service 4.5/5 Venue 4/5

We order Parmi (Parmi night), Coliflower Tacos(Vegan), Kids Nuggets. Plus the House Pale Ale.

We'll be back great food and service and with some slight tweaks this could be a top venue. :)

Great old style building with 4 distinct areas. Restraunt, bar, outside, games area. Outside has smoking and no smoking plus a 3-6yrs small wooden play.. ship. I guess. Games room has Nintendo racing, pinball, hunting game, random kids toys and pool- all cost money excluding kids toys.

Food Was out very quickly, complete and at the same time. The venue was pretty busy, +1. The parmi was cooked perfectly and I scoffed it down. The chips and salad where also very good. Salad had a subtle but tasty dressing and the chips where crunchy and well seasoned. +1. My wife enjoyed the Tacos a great deal, the presentation was nice. Kid chips maybe slightly too salty if I'm nit picking.

Beverages Theirs house beers are all tasty +2. I recommend the Hefe whilst this time I got the Pale Ale. Draw back to me is lack of selection of taps. So -1 there. Can't comment on wine, cocktails and spirits selection at this time.

Service The (I presume) Manager found us a table even without a booking. He also supplied my daughter with kids drawing and pencils, +1. The staff had good banter and appear to enjoy what they do, +1. Overall the service was good but a few minors things missing imo. We didn't have a single person take care of our table, we weren't asked how the food was and the kids food was removed whilst we were in the games room, luckily my daughtwr had finished but kids can have a cry about that kind stuff so would of been good to check. -0.5 for those minor things.

Venue Great feel and I'd bet in winter with the fire going would be fantastic. Enough room to move in most places with cool games room. Things that let it down: the back double glass doors needed a cover over it was very bright even thiu facing east and were where there for dinner. Made it difficult for my wife to gaze dreamily at me across the table. The games area is hot and I'm sure midday it's unbearable.(note I heard they are trying addressing that soon). One of the doors to the games room was too close to the table so I needed to be sure not to bang into the person's chair. The play equipment is relatively lack luster imo. I'd also suggest they have card payment for the games or make them free. Who has...

Was recommended i take my family here for boxing day dinner. I looked online to ensure it was open and then I CALLED to ensure if we arrived, we could actually eat here. I asked at 7.12pm "are you open and can I bring my family here to dine in and eat a dinner tonight?" The answer was "yes, we don't close until ---pm"

So i bring my 65yo father in to JUST MAKE SURE before sitting to eat, because GOD knows the staff seemed like they didnt give a damn about anything, i ask another staff member "can we sit two people for dinner please"

The answer? "Yes sure! But the kitchen closes in 13 mins, so you need to hurry and get your orders in....."

are you ACTUALLY joking? The steak dad wanted was $50....without sides or any time to sit and enjoy, so we decided to forgoe the lot, have a beer and go because you know, it's only the only day off I had to spend with him and I wanted to share a meal, and if food was going to cost $150 without time to choose meals and enjoy our time, we thought we'd make something out of it.....$45 later, we sat down with out two drinks at a DIRTY, STICKY table that had obviously only been wiped over with a dry rag, ashtrays with butts, dirty floors, wobbley tables and chairs with scrappy, quiet lofi playing in the back ground and left within 20 mins. What an actual joke, the staff don't care and nor do management. Pretty lights and nice wooden walls. That's about it, Thanks for a...

The Car Park is the first point of the restaurant experience and when it's peek period for dinners then it needs to be larger. Or at least valet parking or someone controlling the flow and where people park. Bouncers out the front are larger than the front door however they where very happy & warm in welcoming everyone inside with a smile, while they opened the door for you. Food is amazing, even had a vegetarian & gluten free options. It was a full house and some more but the cooks from start to finish still showed a lot of love & passion for what they do, outstanding. Drinks came out very quickly which is always great. A little disappointed that they don't really have a non alcoholic cocktail menu. Waiters where very hard at work all night. A few times we had to ask for service. When you are paying those prices for a meal it would be nice to be constantly asked if we need anything like water, drinks, tea, coffee, deserts (a chance to up sell). Even if I don't want anything I still want to be asked. But when we asked for service for more water, drinks & desert they acted upon it straight away which was great. Karaoke definitely makes the place a lot more fun and gives it such a positive vibe. Even though it was such a very busy night all the staff clearly made effort to making it such an awesome night. Definitely will be coming...

Great atmosphere, average service, rubbish chef. Ordered a southern fried buttermilk chicken burger with ranch sauce. Tasted it and it was spicy as hell. I opened the burger and it had chilli jam on it. I spoke to the bar tenders and one of them also complained saying the chef put chilli jam in her pasta. Please note southern fried buttermilk chicken is not meant to be spicy nor was this listed on the menu. They took my meal back and said they would fix it. I got the second burger this time with the ranch sauce as described in the menu. Guess what it was still spicy. Ranch sauce is not meant to be spicy. If it is then it should be listed on the menu. The chef came out of the kitchen looking confused. The dude on the table next to me had southern fried chicken wings. I asked him if they was spicy. They wasn’t??????!! Stick to the menu maybe you’ll get some good feedback. They did mention they had new chefs. Judging by the reviews sounds like they’re struggling to find a good one. Change your chef he thinks everyone likes spicy.

We ordered the beef cheek, chicken curry, chilli mussels and the burger. The curry and chilli mussels were both quite nice, the beef and cheese burger was inhaled by my 16 year old who thoroughly enjoyed it and gave it 5 stars. To be honest I had some food envy after it came out 😆 Unfortunately the beef cheek fell very short. The cut of meat was unlike any other I've seen for beef cheek and had a heap of fat, rind looking chucks in it. I knew it wasn't much good when my cousin who ordered it, could barely get through it, then my 16 year old was keen to eat the rest, however he only got through 1 or 2 bites and pushed it away saying it was gross.... That's a big call from a boy of his age, which personally I've NEVER seen from him with any food before. I advised the staff of this whom offered to provide us another dish or some drinks, which was most appreciated, however we weren't wanting anything more and just wanted to provide some constructive feedback. Thanks for having us @LastDrop
