I wish there was an option of 0 star which is what would have been the perfect rating. I live locally and have been going to this branch for years including my family and friends who live locally. I went through a terrible experience on Tuesday, 21/01/25 when I went to this branch around 7pm to get a dinner takeaway. I paid for the big burrito signature bowl with chicken which was confirmed twice at the drive thru station (staff always have trouble understanding the order). After that I collected the order at the window where the girl who served me said ālarge signature bowl with beefā to which I corrected, ādid you mean chickenā and she said āoh sorry, yes chickenā. I, then came home (exhausted after work and the gym session) only to find out that the order was actually a ābig classic burrito bowlā. Needless to say, this made me furious and so annoyed that I decided to call the food chain. 17 calls later, my phone was finally answered but till that point I had almost reached the branch to complain. The lady who spoke to me on the phone said we are so sorry please come back we will replace the order. Fast forward, at the window she apologised and explained that the mistake was made because the girl who took the order didnāt understand me (really after confirming 3 times??) and also because they were understaffed and really busy. I took the excuse and collected my new order and rushed home. The second shock was that the bowl literally had 2 teaspoons worth of chicken and medium size salad when I actually paid for the large size bowl and normally it is so big that I can use it for 2 meals. I called the branch again and the same girl who served me both times at the window received the call and denied that she didnāt give me normal amount of large chicken. She even said that I should be thankful that I got āFREE FOODā in the first place. To this I replied abruptly āHOWCOME IS IT FREE WHEN I PAID $18?ā She said, sorry I meant we are not allowed to replace the meals without managementās permission. So, I said- but you are allowed to make incorrect orders in the first place? I requested to get their manager to contact me to further discuss this matter and 2 days later I still havenāt heard from their manager- āMiteshā. Dear Mitesh, if you are running a business, can you please ensure your staff doesnāt have a language barrier and is well trained to tackle customer service when unsupervised. It is not about the money but about the inconvenience it causes to the customers who are trying to support their locals. I have left my number with your staff, and still hope to hear from you.

I recently visited Zamberos, a restaurant I had previously enjoyed, with the expectation of having a satisfying meal. However, I was disappointed to discover that they no longer had public toilets available, despite having them in the past. This sudden change left me feeling inconvenienced and frustrated, resulting in a less than satisfactory dining experience.
While the food at Zamberos remains decent, the lack of public toilets significantly impacted my overall impression of the restaurant. It's disheartening to see a once-thoughtful amenity removed without any apparent consideration for the inconvenience it causes to customers.
I hope that Zamberos management takes this feedback into account and considers reinstating public toilets or finding alternative solutions to ensure the comfort and convenience of their patrons. It is essential for any establishment, especially one serving food, to prioritize the basic needs of their customers.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been a long time customer. We always take veg option. My dad has never had meat and do not eat spicy at all. He was served with jalopenos and chicken. We didn't know until we got home and ate it. Left the dinner unfinished (as the chilli burnt my dad's mouth pretty bad), we drove back to the store for resolution. It is understandable and the guy who tried to resolve was lovely and made us another veg burrito and also was ready to facilitate a refund. However, manager on shift, 6th July 25 evening, refused to refund as another burrito was made and didn't consider for the hassle it had caused. We don't know if my dad is allergic to meat and now we will need to keep close eye.
Note to Manager: customer service speaks a lot of the store. A long time customer shouldn't be left with sore feeling.
Mind well, this is not a first incident of mixing up orders. It has happened before 4 times. However, we understand of the staff working there under busy schedule/ customer orders. Every time, we have driven back to the store for resolution.
