Heats Bakery — Restaurant in Western Australia

It was one of my favorite. till I placed an order with them and I paid for in full , the next day I fall sick and was hospitalised and my husband pass by , they said for him there is no order. Then last Tuesday on my way back from the hospital we passed by, they were closed. I came today and told the lady , she said no one came and that they rang me and sent me a message which I haven't receive, and that they destroyed the product after two days which for me is unbelievable after they denied that my husband came. I was disappointed also that after buying rolls, pies and coffee today, she didn't even waved any of the full amount paid for the products I have not received, I understand that I didn't come in person for the order while I was at the hospital, but my husband passed by and they told him there is no order and for me they said no one came which is kind of rudeness towards us. I am not reviewing their products. I am reviewing their comportment towards us. After today it is my last visit...

Heats Bakery comes highly recommended and I will add to this. This is a great bakery. The pies are on point (and decently priced) and a long range of baked sweets and slices. Most importantly $2 donuts (sugar, cinnamon, glazed) each of which are great raised-dough donuts. They also have some great looking pre-filled long rolls.

They use Arkadia Chai which is important to me as it's our favourite and the cafe service is excellent. All the staff are super friendly despite this being an obviously very busy establishment.

They have nice seating and complimentary table sauces for pies, and a beautiful fish tank with colourful fish of many sizes who are very cute and inquisitive when you stand near them - they all come over to...

Heats Bakery is pretty big compared to the others I’ve been too. The welcoming was super lovely and the atmosphere was very chill. I purchased a bacon and cheese beef pie and that was DELICIOUS!! I also purchased a chocolate eclair and that way okay… seeing as I work down the road now I’ll be back for more and hopefully I can throw up another review with photos! I had forgotten to take any because I had to rush back to work, whoops! Parking was interesting, I had to park down the road because there were no parks and the parking lot is super small!
