All Night Pizza Café — Restaurant in Western Australia

Hello I am a worker at the restuarant, responding to the supposedly customer service issue,

This family (who have gotten 3 Pizzas) supposedly have said that pizza topppings got stuck on top of the pizza because of our fault/ lack of stands.

Here in this clip you can see us putting the pizzas in the box ( 3 Pizzas specificaly) without any STAND and us putting a 5 kg heavy of chips + 1.5~2 kgs worth of TRAY plates.

When they called us again we later said "you all can bring the pizza and we can give a refund/remake but they have said that they live far away and cannot come the same time but they can at a later time" AFTER stating their 1 STAR SPAM reviews on the phone.

When you carry pizza you are suppposed to carry it in a straight way, not hugging it and tilting the box. (Which seems to be the REAL issue in here)

We NEVER had this issue EVER with the boxes.

We can help with any issues that is OUR fault, please do not shamelesly say that this here is our fault.

Ordered the Fried Fish Burger combo for takeaway and wow… easily one of the best fish burgers I’ve had in a long time!

The burger was simple but done so well — soft buns, piece of fish that was crispy on the outside yet light and moist inside, perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. Even for takeaway, it looked great. The fries were spot on too: hot, crispy, adequately coated in chicken salt, not oily at all, and not a single soggy one!

While waiting, I saw massive pizzas coming out of the kitchen and they smelled incredible — definitely what I’ll be trying next time.

The place itself is bright, clean, and cozy after their recent renovation. It’s lively inside, so you might have to speak up a little, but it adds to the atmosphere.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with my first-time questions. All round, a fantastic experience — I’ll definitely be back!

Edit:- 2nd visit, didn't order the pizza as I was craving for a burger. Tried the Hamburger with The Lot and it definitely hit the spot....

This is one of my favorite restaurants. This was the first restaurant I went to the day after I arrived in Australia. 4 years ago now. I’ll never forget the beautiful experience I had that day. After I grabbed two bottles of drinks from the fridge, I saw that my husband had already paid for the order.I immediately put the bottles back in the fridge.The most beautiful incident was that while we were both eating, a kind worker came to us and placed the two bottles of drinks on the table that I picked up eagerly and said that someone else had paid to give them to us.
