Okay, heLet me tell you about this awesome little shopping center! It's a total lifesaver, especially since it's the only place around with free parking on this busy street. You might have to circle the block a couple of times to snag a spot, but don't worry, people come and go pretty quickly. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait to get out – there's a traffic light at the exit that can sometimes cause a bit of a backup. But honestly, the minor inconvenience is totally worth it. This place has everything you need! You can stock up on groceries at Coles, browse for clothes and homewares at Kmart, and even grab some fresh produce at the market. And if you're looking for something a bit more unique, there's an organic nut shop and a few really cool boutiques that you might not find anywhere else. Beyond the essentials, they've got you covered with all the conveniences. Need to mail a package? AusPost is right there. Need to do some banking? No problem, there's a bank inside. And if you need a little pampering, you can even get your nails done while you're at it. But honestly, the real highlight is Pietro Gelato. Their ice cream is to die for, and the coffee is pretty darn good too. It's the perfect way to cap off your shopping trip. I hesitated to add this review but, given the vulnerability of the community affected… twice I tried to book a mobility scooter for mum, and twice the person at the other end told me it was no problem.

Last week, they told the support worker (also booked specially to help mum) that the scooter was booked out even though we had booked it. The staff there did arrange for a wheelchair instead

And this week, I called to check on the booking and it turned out that the first person that booked for us today did not know the centre only books for certain time blocks, which our requested booking did not fit.

It would have meant that, had we gone ahead with the plans tomorrow, again the support worker would have been struggling to get mum around.

The staff do try to help, and are very kind but there seems to be insufficient communication about bookings. And the limited equipment and fixed time blocks are unrealistic given the challenges of synchronising support worker availabilities to match the centre’s time blocks.
