Ordered a hotdog,some donuts,iced coffee and a flake super shake with extra flake. Most of the order was excellent except the flake shake. The container had ice cream and chocolate flavour and the usual amount of flake (no extra flake). It also contained a lump of ice that half filled the container. So a watery taste less shake. I called Wendy's and was told maybe the machine wasn't working and that he would tell the staff to be more careful and then hung up.!! No offer of a refund or a replacement. Pretty poor...

Placed an order for a cake. Confirmed the day prior in person cake would be made. Arrive to collect the cake the next day and no cake was made. Extremely disappointing considering we confirmed the day prior and considering the price it's not excusable. I don't blame the staff as they don't make cakes on site I blame whoever is in charge of making the cakes at Ellenbrook. Also ordered shakes and both shakes ingredients were ran out and we were told only this...
