I could not recommend this more! The staff are so friendly and amazing. They get just as excited as the passengers over the animals you might see. From pick up to drop off they never faulted. They know so much about the history of the town and don't fail to make capture and keep your attention. They are very energetic in the way to get everyone else pumped and ready to go. They are very experienced in the water and make sure to keep everyone safe. The photographer is in all the right places and takes incredible pictures and videos. The food was awesome and beyond expectations. Fed us all twice over! And endless (maybe not...) supply of milo, tea, coffee, and water. Now for the review you've really come for...the actual swim. Oh. My. Gosh. Words can not describe the experience. If you are thinking about doing it, just do it! Despite having some of the sharks dive down as we got in the water or just before, we still got several great swims with the sharks! Oh man absolutely amazing animals and so massive! One was a very quick swimmer and was hard to keep up with but was awesome while we did! We even saw one feeding with its mouth wide open for all to see. Just so great and so amazing. Can't express enough about how much of an experience this is. On the boat trip back we got even luckier with sightings of humpback whales, a hammer head shark, and manta rays! The manta rays were so cool and swam so close to the boat. Just such a great day! Really, just do it. Stop thinking about it and do it because I will remember it for the rest of my life. So much thanks to every single crew member on that boat. Couldn't get a...
Read moreUnfortunately nature was not on our side when we went out, it was overcast with poor visibility and one rather shy whale shark. Despite no issues with snorkelling previously or since, on the day I seemed to have issues with both buoyancy and movement in the water, possibly due to the wetsuit being too big..my fault as I was offered the opportunity to try a smaller one and declined. That said I did still manage to swim up close to this magnificent creature albeit too briefly given its speed on the day. With only one whale shark in the vicinity and various boat charters all needing to allow clients to swim with it, we were limited to 3 brief swims throughout the day - no one can control nature or expect wild animals to respond on demand. The trip itself was great though, with generous and tasty morning tea and lunch provided, as well as constant hot & cold drinks & biccies. Would recommend taking travel sickness tablets before the trip if you are likely to suffer from sea sickness as it is a long day out if you are feeling unwell. Skipper, Brad, and his crew were outstanding and made the day all the more enjoyable - all highly skilled, knowledgable and great fun. If there had been time, availability and the money I would have gone out again later in the week when the weather improved. I hope to visit again soon and would definitely rebook with Ningaloo Blue . If you are planning a trip to Exmouth book with these guys, you wont be...
Read moreIf you want a great experience seeing what the Ningaloo is famous for, then I would definitely recommend these guys. They do different tours at great prices, and you definitely get your moneys worth and more. We went as a family on the whale shark tour, on which we did a couple of reef dives, where we saw plenty of sharks, fish and rays, while also encountering turtles and Dugongs along the way. As for the whale sharks, we had some great encounters, getting as close to them as advised, allowing us to have a great time with them. Probably did about 6 or 7 dives with the sharks throughout the day. The crew are really professional, they cater for all your needs, both in and out of the water. They are fun and chatty, and have a great knowledge of the reef and what lives within it. They also look after all types of swimmers, from the confident, to those who are less so. The skipper Brad was great, keeping us informed of the shark's position and also being up for a good chat about his experiences on the reef. They kept us well fed on the trip, provided all the gear and also provided us with complimentary photos of our time, though if your like me, then I would also for the extra for the video of the day ($60) made by local photography Elin, who did a great job of capturing our trip. All in all, a great time, and definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to visit and have a great...
