Amazing food! Very friendly service. The vibe is buzzy and informal and they definitely know what they’re doing. We walked into this place on a whim looking for dinner and were delighted by the food! Service was super fast and waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lamb special and it was tender and pink. The bugs were cooked perfectly. Potatoes had a crisp skin but fluffy insides. Super sad they didn’t have scallops because I’m sure they would have been amazing too. We shared 5 plates + a dessert and that was plenty of food for us. The prawns weren’t for us personally (just taste preferences!) but the owner very kindly offered to take them off our bill. Would highly recommend for a nice evening out in Exmouth!

This restaurant does a dinner menu that's a really interesting mix of tapas-style dishes. We had the calamari and chorizo; smashed garlic potatoes; fish tacos; and Exmouth bugs. The latter two in particular were outstanding. For dessert we had the chocolate brownie and the mango/passionfruit Eton mess. Both were excellent. The staff clearly explained that the tapas-style dishes are served as prepared, as is common for tapas-style restaurants. The two guys beside us who complained about their meals arriving separately clearly didn't pay attention. We found the staff attentive snd efficient. We're visiting from Melbourne and this was the best meal we had in Exmouth.

Four mothers came in on their first day out for 9months, we were excited and enjoyed your breakfast cocktails. Our breakfast was incredible loved the waffle burger - so creative. One waitress was beautiful, smiley and prompt. The other was incredibly upset, slamming our drinks down, slamming as she cleaned up, stomping and literally behaving abruptly. We gather it was due to our last order.... which we did ask "do we have time for this"? Its okay if no? Our order was accepted and we were then rudely treated. We all felt completely disappointed and weren't welcome. I hope she has a better day tomorrow and we would love to return to better service.

Omg words can honestly not explain how bloody amazing this place is!! The service from one of the young girls there and the lady bartender was beyond incredible! So sweet and welcoming. It just gets better. Cocktails were by the far my partner and I have ever had and such a wide range of options. Food was honestly to die for and the price is extremely worth every little bit. We had the bugs, snapper ceviche and steak tartare to share and we can 110% say it was the best food we have probably eaten in our lives! We are both extremely fussy with food and especially seafood but we were honestly amazed. We’re so sad we’re just on holiday as we would come here as often as we could. Ohhhh and the Bloody Mary oyster shots😍 we ordered three servings as we couldn’t get enough! I think food in Exmouth is really nice compared to most places we have been but nothing here compares to Exhale! Thankyou...

We didn’t go out for a long time and last night we decided to treat ourselves and spend some quality time together as a husband and wife away from our crazy (but super adorable) toddler and dinner was absolutely AMAZING!!!

At first I was worried that I won’t be satiated and fully enough since the portions are small tapas style but we ordered a few different dishes and they came out one by one and every dish had its own charm.

Together with a bottle of red that we enjoyed while slowly being served the different tapas dishes really made the night extra special. I also loved the variety and large selection of vegetarian dishes.

The cauliflower and crispy potato dish was our favourite.

Thank you for a great night and if we are going to treat ourselves in the future we will come and see...

The night started well until our order was missed. We were planning on ordering rolling tapas, wanted to try everything off the menu, sounded delicious. Waited 40 min then asked for an update on our food only to be told we hadn’t ordered and now we couldn’t get what we wanted as it was sold out. Seems she was distracted by her boyfriend. The waitress did own her mistake, so full respect there. Asked to speak with the manager, who seemed nervous to come to the table. Ordered more food and still couldn’t get it right. Some of the food was amazing but most was average. When manager finally came to the table, she explained the waitress is normally really good but was covering someone that was off sick. Not really our problem....
