View Ningaloo — Local services in Exmouth

I would highly recommend View Ningaloo. We had such a great afternoon with them today, out with Lucy and Bella. I had booked a tour for my family of 4 plus Granny yesterday and unfortunately one of my kids was unwell and so I stayed behind to look after him. Lucy contacted me and said she would give me a credit for next time we were visiting. The rest of the family went ahead yesterday and loved it so much! So I contacted Lucy to see if they could fit us on a tour today and she did! I just found it so nice of her to accommodate us in this way. There really aren’t many companies who would actually give a credit for this, seeing as it was no fault of their own that 2 of us missed the tour. And then to accommodate us the next day - just customer service I truely hadn’t expected. So thank you Lucy. When we were out today we saw turtles, an octopus, and a huge grouper amongst many many more wonderful sea creatures. The glass bottom boat is sturdy so you don’t feel like you are bobbing around on a boat which is great if boats aren’t really your thing. Lucy sat and told us lots of really interesting things. My 5 year old was brave enough to come out snorkelling with us all which made our tour even better. We have frequented Ningaloo every year for the past 4 years, we always take two tours while here, to get the best experience of the reef and surrounds.

Initially I selected View Ningaloo because it had a submerged glass viewing area, brilliant! Very comfortable. Spotting a turtle and reef shark within the first 3 minutes was a bonus. The tour of unique reef areas and the knowledge of the reef and water life was excellent, even the children enjoyed the commentary.

The snorkelling areas were superb, the first (45min) being major bommies with a stunning array of reef fish. Our guide Bonnie made sure we all saw the highlights.

Second snorkel, open sand with a semi circle of reef. WOW what a treat, reef sharks, octopus, big groupers, large reef fish of all kinds.

CHILDREN were catered to ensuring they all had a full afternoon immersed in this amazing learning experience. All snorkelling, even the lottle 4 year old, with great oversight and care from our guide. They were over the moon sighting 7 turtles.

Time to head home, with Champagne and a beautiful array of snacks, healthy and not so :-)

We took a tour on View Ningaloo on 02/11/2022. Our hosts Lucy and Matt went over and beyond to ensure we could take this tour. We are 2 seniors travelling by coach and didn't have transport to get to the boat jetty. Even though they don't provide transport for this tour Lucy went out of her way to find transport for us. Nothing was available so Lucy and Matt picked us up from our accommodation and brought us back after the tour. This was definitely going the extra mile. We had a great time on the tour as we were able to see the underwater marine life without snorkelling or diving. Being a semi-submersible boat the visibility was great and Matt turned the boat around to ensure everyone had a view of the marine life we spotted, like turtles, octopus, ray, giant groper and a wide variety of fish and coral. Lucy's commentary and knowledge of marine life was excellent and she ensured it was enjoyable for all on board, even involving a little guest in the show and tell. We were also given information on restaurants and local places to visit, which was quite helpful as this was our first visit to Exmouth. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and recommend it to anyone...
