I’m very disappointed in this store, i ordered uber eats which was very expensive compared to the prices in store. I ordered 2 scoops on a waffle cone (had to pay extra $3.00) for a cone, and the flavours i got was cookie dough and mint chocolate chip. I also ordered extra chocolate flakes for my ice cream and paid extra $2.50 plus a drink. The total was $36, it took 30 minutes for it to arrive and when i received it, i only got ONE scoop in a CUP not a cone, had NO topping, and NOT the correct flavour. Spending $36 on 2 scoops plus a drink was not worth it at all, I tried calling the store multiple times but no answer. I normally come in store and always get the same, the drink always comes with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, but when ordered on uber eats it doesn’t come with any whipped cream and chocolate drizzle (please keep in mind the photo had both ingredients). It was very disappointing and the employee will definitely need retraining....

After a second terrible experience at this store, our family will never return. 😡 We visited about 3 months ago, and all the ice cream had melted and then frozen again. The smell in the store was terrible, and all the ice cream looked dodgy. So, we turned around and went to Coles to buy ice cream instead.

I decided to give it another go yesterday after lunch. When we walked in, there were no other customers. We got a nod from the only male employee we could see and he straight away turned his back on us and continued with his personal phone conversation with his 2 airpods in. Even when we were standing at the counter for a couple of minutes, ready to order, he not once turned around and continued to ignore us. We went home and will never return to your store. Very disappointing customer service and ice cream quality is dodgy at this specific store. I highly recommend...

The ice cream is great, as always. Service is pretty poor for the most of it. Came in tonight as myself and my family usually do. Off putting young man standing at the counter talking to the two young girls who work there. He begrudgingly moves out of the way so we can place our order, but hovered the whole time which made myself and my partner uncomfortable. The girls didn't seem to care much about servicing us, standing off to the side until we had to ask them to take our order. I asked as I usually do about the 31% off because it's a tradition for my family to get ice cream on the 31st. Got brushed off and told they don't do it anymore. No biggy. As soon as we go to leave the girls go back to chatting with the young man as if we weren't even there. Just wish the service was a little more welcoming if I'm paying over $50 for take...
