Very disappointed guys, we have been coming here for years and have recommended highly to so many friends . After tonight’s food it’s turned us away for good . The packaging the bowls come in has change , obviously the serving portions have dramatically changed as well . My large salmon bowl came with 5 tiny pieces of salmon on top and was lucky to be half the portion we are used too . The noodles were under cooked and all stuck together . Our karagge was thinly battered and the batter was sloppy/slimey my partner being pregnant we couldn’t take the chance we had to bin it . And the chicken curry just went straight to the dog .

If it wasn’t for the storm tonight we would have taken the food back and demanded a refund. Pretty disappointed...

We have been coming to Oriental Grill for 6 years and were a bit concerned that we wouldn't get the same quality from the new owners when they took over, however I am pleased to say we are delighted. There's a few new additions to the menu but last night we had salmon bowl, pork bowl, karaage chicken rice bowl, sweet and sour boneless chicken and wings with honey snow. Food was fresh and delicious. Owner was friendly and polite even though she was on her own cooking and taking orders. We did not have to wait long for our food and we were given some complimentary spring rolls. Will keep coming back and supporting them! We had takeaways so...

This is the second time I’ve had a frustrating experience here. The business advertises an 8:00pm closing time on Thursdays, yet both times I’ve come in once at 7:20pm and again at 7:33pm, I was told they were closed. To make it worse, the staff member was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more disappointing.

If you’re going to close early, update your advertised hours. Customers rely on accurate information, and being turned away well before the posted time is unacceptable, especially more than once. Consistency and basic customer service are...
