Three Kings Pizza Upper Coomera — Local services in Gold Coast City

This was my first experience with 3 Kings Pizza and I have to say it left a poor first impression. I ordered my pizza on a Sunday evening and was told the delivery would be approximately 50 minutes. First the person answering the phone and taking my order didn’t ask me what kind of drink I wanted in the deal. It didn’t occur to me until I hung up. So I immediately rang back. It took 4 calls over the course of 15 mins, 3 of which went unanswered, to tell someone the type of drink I wanted. I waited an hour 10 minutes from time of placing my order, and no pizza and no phone call. I thought maybe the driver had gotten lost so I rang the store. I was told they were out of delivery drivers so my order was sitting waiting for someone to pick it up. I advised I would pick up the order if the delivery fee was refunded. I arrived at the store to a phone call from someone in store suggesting they could make me a fresh pizza. When I enquired what was wrong with the existing one, I was told it had been sitting on the oven for a while so they would make me a fresh one. So I agreed and said you best make it pronto as by now we are nearly 1.5 hours since my order. When asked what sort of pizza I wanted, I said the same as what I ordered. Then I was told they were out of chicken. My patience had been tested not once but twice and that was the last straw for me. Graciously and apologetically they refunded my money and I went elsewhere. This store needs to improve on their communication and check stock levels so they don’t run out of ingredients and are unable to offer items...

Absolutely disgusted by the pizzas we ordered from three kings pizza for my sons birthday. They practically gave us burnt and cold pizzas! The plain pepperoni pizza we ordered had olives all over it and pepperoni was so spicy the kids couldn't eat it. Who puts olives on a pepperoni pizza!? I called to complain about the atrocious pizzas they made I never even received an apology from the manager, instead I was told this is how they made their pizza and they couldnt do anything about how it wasnt to our standards. I am appalled and disgusted not only to the pizzas but also the managements dealing of the situation. I will never buy from here again nor will I recommend anyone to buy too. Have a BIG need for a pizza with a real weight to it. This shop does load it up. I could barely carry the 2 pizzas across the car park they were that heavy. However when it comes to the flavour it was very ordinary, infact bland. Very scarce on the sauce on the base. That very processed ham that I think would pass for pet food was an inch thick and way tooooooo much of it. The cheese was also the same. The shop floor you could slip on due to the residue from the kitchen and the tables and chairs look very tired. I would not sit on or at them. To the owner.
