Made a booking for 8.30am Sunday, arrived, and nobody was there. My partner called and apparently they weren't operating due to the rain (by then, it was partly sunny!). Nobody tried to contact me about the cancellation. If it is subject to weather they should have taken my number in case of exactly this, instead of leaving their customers in the dark and wasting over an hour of our time driving there and back. Wonderful experience - Karen was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. We had a large group attending and there were some booking changes that needed to be made ahead of time and on the day, Karen was very flexible and was able to make sure the equipment was available on the day even when there was a change in plans for our group. Went on a kayak fishing tour with Aaron who knows the area like the palm of his hand. Caught so many fish, so quickly. A huge variety of awesome fish. If you have ever thought of going on a kayak to fish look no further. The owner is really nice and the prices are super reasonable. Best fishing day I’ve ever had. Aaron gave me so much advice on kayaks and fishing which was gold. Pretty much best money I’ve ever spent....
