Horrid treatment/accusatory staff.

Just purchased a few drinks from here. Went up to the counter to pay for our drinks. Was served by a possibly new worker as she was being overwatched by the elderly man that works there. On the couter there is a box of promotional monster enegy keychains. I picked up one of the keychains to take a look at it then put it back. The elderly worker was at the counter and saw this entirely, but as soon as i stepped back (both hands in clear sight in front of me) the elderly worker said to me, "did you take one?". He clearly saw it had been put back as he was staring at me the entire time which felt very uncomfortable as it was, but still had the audacity to accuse me of theivery. I was honestly taken aback by this, especially when he started inspecting me up and down. I didnt even have my bag or phone on me so not sure what he was hoping to acheive here. Regardless this is unacceptable customer treatment.

I used to enjoy the food and service here, but certainly won't be returning to this place again after that kind of treatment from staff. I honestly hope your staff doesn't treat all your customers the way i was treated today. Utterly shamefull.

I bought a chicken kebab with periperi sauce on Monday (13/1/2020) afternoon around 5pm. They have used the kebab which was not fresh and used some pieces of kebab from a container put that on the hot plate then used that in the wrap. I don’t think the chicken was in right temperature into the pot as it was neither on a oven (60 degree celcius) nor in the freeze( bellow 5 degree). The taste was horrible!! Chicken was too dry and completely tasteless. I have never seen making kebab like that. When you go to a kebab shop they cut the kebab fresh from the grill and straight away put that in the wrap. When I pointed to the one in the glass area she took it out and I asked what was it, she replied Chicken Burger with the lot. She suggested she could make me a fresh one and I agreed. She made me one but it did not have what the burger she lifted out of the glass area had on it which was egg and bacon and onion which is what I ordered. I aske for me money back and I was extremely Rudely told NO. What a total rip off of $13 I will NEVER go there again and I will continue to tell as many people as possible so NO ONE else is ripped off or spoken to rudely.
