Great range of products - lots of yummy things to choose from - however it’s a shame about the customer service - went there today, purchased quite a few things, put them on the counter while a young staff member was serving ice creams to some customers, what was probably the owner just totally ignored us from behind the counter, then she decided to go around the counter into the shop section and started talking to people and then tidying the shelves, meanwhile we are still standing at the counter waiting for someone to serve us. I found this extremely rude and very poor customer service indeed! When the poor girl had finished the ice creams she then served us. I’ll be honest, I had reasonably high expectations because the place looked like it had a good reputation. I got the bon bon’s (Both lemon and toffee), and to my surprise, they were just hard toffee pieces (hardly chewable mind you) absolutely drenched in some sort of sherbet mixture. Made me feel sick after Just previously having a good meal. Don’t recommend this place on that pretence. Maybe they are better at other things? Maybe.. but I simply wouldn’t trust them to attempt any other...
