I have mixed feelings about my experience with this company and its products.
Pros: Prompt Quotes and Estimates: The company is quick to provide quotes and estimates. Expert Advice: They offer good advice on selecting the right products for different spaces. Elegant Products: Their products, especially the luminaire with Casambi driver that changes colors and intensity, are very classy.
Cons: Incomplete Delivery: The delivery was incomplete, and I had to call the consultant to address the issue. The pendant lights were left out, causing an additional day of waiting for another delivery. Challenging Installation: The wall-mounted panoramas were awkward to install. The LED strip within the luminaire had to be carefully peeled off to access the screws and barrels underneath it. This process, although apparently normal, was not communicated to me. No instruction manual was provided, and the online manual differed from the actual product assembly. I had to call the consultant again to clarify. Difficult Dimmer Configuration: While panoramas were easy to install, my dimmers only worked when directly connected to the transformer, which is inconveniently located on the ceiling near each panorama (the dimmer literally hangs off the transformer). I would much prefer the dimmer to sit together with the switch on the wall, but that option isn't possible with the Philips drivers provided. So much time wasted trying to figure out why the panoramas weren't dimming. Fortunately, Eric from sales, who happened to be an electrician, was patient and helped find a solution, albeit an awkward one, for which I am grateful. Poor After-Sales Service: Do not expect prompt after-sales service from your consultant. They are often in a workshop, in a meeting, or out at lunch. Calling their direct line is futile as they are rarely available and never call back.
Suggestions for Improvement: Provide clear and accurate instruction manuals with products. Ensure complete and accurate deliveries to avoid delays. Improve after-sales support by having technicians more accessible and responsive.
