How can one even expect a new sealed box to have mould in there and that too with an expiry date of 2026..... Atleast check the reviews of your google... Business doesn't mean to just make profit without thinking about others health... Just to remimd you again (as I had already reminded you and your staff multiple times in store as well) ... Please take out some time to check your store products quality and expiry dates. I wish you get a good quality control check at your store.... MUCH NEEDED... You just lost your regular customer. Thank you for approaching for refund. I've even informed your staff multiple times about the expiry date of few products such as Cystone by Himalya... At that moment of time, the response is like that he will remove it at first place. But on the next week visit, the same expired product is still at the display. We were blindly shopping from this store for years now. Recently some chickpeas from this store had multiple insects in it, I threw away the bag but it had already contaminated the house with grain moth and we had to get expensive pest extermination done.since then, we always inspect the grain before transferring it. I also told the owner of store about this, he didnt care. Today, I found multiple alive insects in the rice. Never shopping from here again and have warned people...
