I had the pleasure of visiting the Australian Meat Company recently, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The staff and in particular Tina were incredibly helpful, who then assisted me during my visit. She was not only knowledgeable but went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The new management team and bosses are clearly doing a great job. You can really tell they've made improvements across the board. The atmosphere in the store was friendly and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was eager to help. It’s so refreshing to see such great customer service! As for the quality of the meat, I was blown away. The cuts were top-notch, and everything was fresh, tender, and cooked up beautifully.    Read moreI visited the Australian Meat Company on Monday, November 11, 2024, at 10:38 am, and had a disappointing experience. An elderly lady working there was extremely rude when interacting with us. We simply asked about cuts of beef with both lean meat and fat, and she seemed irritated and responded in a very unpleasant manner. We quickly decided to make our purchase without asking more questions to avoid further discomfort.
When it came time to pay, her card machine kept malfunctioning, and she suggested several times that our card didn’t have enough funds, which was incorrect. Only after switching to a different machine were we able to complete the payment smoothly. This experience left us feeling disrespected and frustrated, and we hope this store can improve its customer service to avoid similar issues for others...

I don't normally post reviews as I like to give a business the respect of a phone call to advise of an issue. However when my partner did this he was told "we cannot see your order in the system" (Order no. 9115 - 18th December 23) and basically it was bad luck, you rang too late to tell us when we called as soon as they re-opened. On Xmas day you do not expect to find 3 seperate bags of gyros meat weighing 3kgs less than your order. So this will be our last order and I'm hoping a message to the owners to admit to what may have been an honest mistake and in future have better customer service as this will keep your customers...
