Ordered pizza on their website and booked for 7:30 pickup. We were excited to have a new local pizza place and heard good things, so we were looking forward to trying it out. My partner picked up and brought it home and the pizza was cold and it was obviously sitting there for some time, so wasn't great tasting. I figured there must have been a glitch or issues with the ordering system so I called them to let them know, and we organised to have the pizza redone another day. Foubd out that it was made at 6:30, so sitting for a while so that made sense. I figured with new stores come teething issues, so didn't worry too much. My partner picked up the pizza again after we called up, and as they were leaving, the cashier lady yelled out "next time pick it up right away" which was a bit passive-aggressive. The store also threw in a free garlic bread, which was nice. Will be returning, and my mate who lives locally is happy for...

I wouldn’t have spent $27 on the pasta if I knew it was just penne. If gnocchi was not available, I would have expected a phone call informing me of this and cancelled the order.
Edit: I have added a copy of the receipt to show that I did in fact make a note specifying that I was requesting gnocchi. Also that I paid almost $28...
