INCREDIBLE! I had never been to this particular salon so had nerves going into a new place. To say the service was absolutely phenomenal is an understatement. The professionalism of the employees is what you want walking into a hairdressers. The warm welcome from Daniel & Emma the second I came in was the first sign of knowing I made the right choice. Emma greeted me, offered water & made sure I was comfortable, went into discussion about exactly what I wanted, explained what she would be doing and then engaged in small talk with genuine interest. Emma was very bubbly and kind, I genuinely felt like she loved what she does, and it shows. Daniel then introduced himself, blow dryed and styled my hair. Many laughs, smiles and the energy was immaculate. The fact I got this interaction as well as an amazing recolour and style was just perfect. I left feeling confident, happy and extremely satisfied with the service. I felt more than comfortable in both Emma and Daniel’s hands and felt instant trust when it came to what I wanted for my hair. I would recommend going to BIBA in hawthorn to ANYONE. I just spent the day with Emma and Daniel, and they were absolutely amazing. They really took the time to know what I wanted and in knowing what I wanted they thoroughly explained what needed to be done, so there no surprises at the end. And they 100% achieved EXACTLY what I wanted. Emma, Daniel, I wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart, for taking the time to do this for me (as I know it was a LONG process) but I am seriously stoked with the outcome and I can guarantee that i will be back for the up keep of this excessive red color. U guys r truly amazing and ever so welcoming, it felt right at home, and u guys r sooo easy to talk to, really made it feel like I was just catching up with friends ya know. A hairdressers worth following.

I used to get my hair done by Emma when they were based in Doncaster shop but it’s a much nicer & a more relaxed vibe not being in the middle of a big chaotic shopping complex. Beautifully decked our Biba makes a great addition to Glenferrie road, hawthorn..

Their new apprentice Lauren, is the only person who I has brushed my hair without me wincing. It’s wildly curly and I normally brush it myself. I want to make extra appointments to have her wash and brush my hair, plus super lovely.

Greeted warmly as always by Emma, she always talks through what I want & what will work for my hair type & skin tone. An absolute star.
