Absolutely deplorable customer service. Staff are completely clueless to how to handle customers.

Had entered the supermarket with an almost finished can of coke as was eating at a nearby restaurant. Staff had wrongly accused me of stealing this can of coke. After explaining the situation, he still demanded that I pay for it. Even though I was explaining to him that this was not from his store. I even asked him to check the store security cameras as evidence as I had walked into the store with it, along with the fact I was never near the fridge/drinks section. He didn't end up checking the cameras instead left me with a bad customer experience by still insisting it was stolen. All of this over a can of coke when my wife was actually in the process of purchasing a basketfull of products. This service advisor was devoid from all logic.

Do yourself a favour and do not shop here. Terrible customer service. You're better off crossing the road to Home town asian supermarket. Significantly greater range of products at...

A good Asian store on Elizabeth Street that offers a decent selection, mainly food items, frozen fish, seafood, a very limited choice and stock of vegetables, some drinks. I usually shop here because it's close to my place and I can find specific spices, curry base and sauces. They also have a sizeable selection of noodles, a bunch of them are expensive and some aren't all that great. I had bought frozen fish once, and those were pretty good.

The staff have always helped me locate stuff that I couldn't find myself, and please don't take anything without paying unless you want your photo stuck on the entrance. My favorite Asian grocery store.

First compared to others, their prices are very good, more reasonable than Hometown Asian supermarket and other grocery stores.

Second it’s not as crowded compared to other shops, which means you don’t have to deal with other costumers and pretend to look at something else, while someone else is in the isle you want to be in.

Third it’s well organized and they have a good variety of products.

The staff is good but don’t expect them to be friendly, they’re just doing their job.
