Terrible Service. I will never order again Nothing is worse than a company that tries to justify its incompetence. They didn’t send a message that my order had been delivered , and the driver also didn’t even tell the apartment concierge that the package needed to be refrigerated. I only received an email by 4AM saying that my “order will be ready soon”. The driver claimed to have called me, even though my phone was active all day. Because of this lack of communication, I only found out about the delivery the next morning by then, the meat was completely spoiled. $150 worth of waste. This is the second time I’ve had a similar experience with this company. Other meat delivery services provide real-time updates and ensure you know when perishable items arrive. Can't fault Gamekeepers in any way. Response to emails was prompt and helpful. Resolved my concerns about delivery for a birthday party perfectly. The meat arrived as promised and in excellent condition. Use the Meater thermometer to cook a 1.3kg Tomahawk for the birthday boy for the first time and it came out absolutely perfectly. The 7 grass fed and 2 high grade Wagyu steaks were perfect. Still have Pork Belly, lamb ribs and pork ribs to go! GameKeepers Meat is just fantastic. Delivery always within expected timeframes. Festive preorder available. The products are superior, we have never been disappointed on quality / tenderness / flavour etc. The regular specialty products keep the culinary odyssey interesting. Over the years we have ordered whole animals for spits, to our weekly meat supply. As a wholesaler as well, cuts not listed for online order are available by calling.
