Liquid Infusion — Local services in Melbourne

Poorly organised, and very dissatisfied with the service at our wedding. Sadly, after we tried to pursue some form of compensation (and with no attempt by the company to genuinely address our complaints), I felt compelled to write a review. Did not follow run-sheet and bar tender was rude to guests. Two of the staff were great and tried really hard, but the lack of organisation from the outset meant our wedding service was always going to fail.

What an interesting response seven months later..... and from the owner of the company. Someone I have never spoken to and who has attempted to counter my feedback with false information. ** Nobody ever "tried" to be convince me to have additional bartenders, I was told this would be enough staff and in fact that the best staff would be allocated to our even to ensure we had the best service. ** The multiple times you attempted to resolve this issue were only after my multiple complaints and your offer to compensate was to give a handful of bottled premixed cocktails if we had another event with you, clearly not something we would be doing again and did nothing in the way of compensation. **Cutting off guests was the least of our concerns, which is completely reasonable and a legal requirement. My concern with regard to your RSA was in relation to one of your bartenders who was substance affected on the night and was selectively "topping up" certain guests with alcohol inappropriately.

Liquid Infusion provided the bar service for our stand up wedding function of approximately 100 people and our entire experience with them has been first class:

From our initial contact with Jacob, who assisted us with the selection of our drinks for the event. We found him to be very knowledgeable and he helped us choose a great combination of drinks for the day. He was always very accommodating with his time in putting together a quote that was just right for us.

To Kendall, our event coordinator, who refined our drinks package for the day and helped with the menus and staff uniforms - both looked amazing!!

To Asid (hopefully we have spelt his name correctly) and the 3 wait staff on the day - they arrived at the venue earlier than expected, which was great because it put our minds at ease that everything was going to be set up with plenty of time to spare. They were extremely friendly and nothing was too hard for them on the day. The table and drinks set up was classy and they cleaned and packed up the space to perfection.

We received lots of positive feedback from our guests regarding Liquid Infusion and we are sure that has much to do with the detailed preparation process and also the quality of the staff that were on hand for the event.

We highly recommend Liquid Infusion to cater for any of your party functions.

The Liquid Infusion Team are fantastic. They were so easy-going and flexible, and managed to work very quickly to get us exactly what we wanted with such short notice, were happy to answer any questions and were super informative. They arrived on time and got everything set up exactly when they said they would, and it made it so easy to relax.

At the actual event itself, their bar staff were so friendly and fit right into our corporate event. They were having fun and casual conversation with our employees all evening, and we received such positive feedback from all our attendees. Their drinks were also a huge hit!
