2 Brothers Brewery — Restaurant in Melbourne

Just wanted to share a massive shout-out to 2 Brothers Brewery in Moorabbin, especially for anyone looking for an awesome function space. We recently celebrated my wife's 30th birthday in their private 'Tap Room' space, and honestly, it was an absolute dream come true.

From our very first meeting, Jess (events manager) was just incredible - so warm, welcoming, and genuinely keen to make everything perfect. And then there's Melissa, who, along with Jess, seriously went above and beyond to accommodate every single one of our requests.

They were so flexible and made the night exactly what we wanted. We asked if they could whip up Pornstar Martinis as our cocktail of the night, and boom, they made it happen - and they were delicious! They even let us set up not one, not two but three shishas in our private outdoors area, which was a huge hit. Plus, we had a proper DJ and a dance floor, so we literally danced the night away. And get this, they were cool with us bringing in some external catering too, which was super helpful.

But let's talk about the food from Chef Shaw. Oh. My. Goodness. We had 11 different canapés, and every single one was to die for. Seriously, our guests could not stop raving about how amazing the food was. It was just next level!

Honestly, the hospitality from Jess from start to finish was truly amazing. They made the whole process so easy and the night unforgettable. Absolutely Outstanding – Great Beer, Even Better Service

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at 2 Brothers Brewery. The staff are not only incredibly friendly but also genuinely passionate and professional. You can tell they are super proud of their product – and rightly so.

I dropped in hoping to grab a keg of Kung Foo Lager. However, upon mentioning that I hadn't actually tried it yet, the team member I spoke with was more than happy to pour me a complimentary taster. When I wasn't entirely sold on that particular brew, he went above and beyond and let me sample several other beers they had available in keg format. This level of service is a breath of fresh air; typically, at other breweries, you'd need to buy a full tasting paddle for such an opportunity. This place is refreshingly different!

This is what sets 2 Brothers apart: real pride in their product and a down-to-earth approach that makes you feel welcome.

I ended up walking out with not one, but two kegs – their Pilsner and their Stout – and both were absolutely fantastic. Crowd-pleasers all around.

The prices are very reasonable, the quality is top-notch, and the experience is one I’ll definitely be coming back for. Highly recommend this place if you value great beer and genuinely great...

Will start this review with the fact that the bar staff were great and their drinks recommendation were tasty. Would happily return for drinks. That being said the wait time to food on a relatively quiet Saturday was 50 minutes. We checked in at the 35-40 minute mark and were told the kitchen was "slammed at it would be another 5". We ordered tasting platter 3 which consists of a series of items that are deep fried or preprepared. It was underwhelming, overpriced and left us still hungry at the end. Worse than that when we went to collect the platter when our buzzer went off we were informed they substituted one of the items for another on the menu without checking with us as they had ran out. Again bar staff were lovely, and the gentleman who originally took our order came and checked on us and was shocked to learn the wait time of our food. He was apologetic and offered another round of drinks, but we declined as we hadn't eaten and were driving. Definitely go if you are looking for quality drinks, but don't bother if you are...
