Happy Eats Gelato — Local services in Melbourne

Once a delightful place to enjoy a variety of deliciously made Gelati. Attended today to enjoy a nice Gelato as have done many other times and ordered a Cup (2 Scoops) Sicilian Yoghurt with Pistaccio and Peach Jam. To my surprise the Female staff attendant proceeded to serve me the leftovers from the back container and not the front container that looked delicious. I placed the order simply because I looked at how delicious that front container looked, had I looked at the almost empty back container I would have not asked for it. Having then proceeded to ask the girl to serve me from the front Container, she replied that there was still Gelati left in the back container which she was scraping around the leftover gelati, refusing to get Gelati from the container to then throw the Cup in the bin as if not happy with my Customer queries. Having seen her attitude I cancelled the order and left as I did not feel comfortable with the service that seemed to be rude and biased. Located in the heart of Union Roads shopping precinct Happy Eats Gelato is definitely the place to go to. The setting is modern, with not friendly staff and seating amenities to enjoy your Gelato on site.

It could be a one off experience but definitely an experience that warrants a negative review therefore I do not recommend this place (unless you die your hair Blond do go see the difference)..... Not recommended but do feel free to go as other staff on roster I'm sure are more professional, friendly and...

❌️Zero Star👎🏼We are loyal customer to Happy-Gelato , BUT we are very disappointed today! (oct-2nd) the lady with long hair was very Impolite , pretended like she doesn't understand what we said (Vanilla Flavour) we said it multiple times & and she is still pretending that she don't know what we want , it was very disappointing & frustrating , we really wanted to leave the store BUT JUST BECAUSE OF OUR KIDS we choose to stay and we keep repeating the order , THEN ... what happened she tried to charge us extra (she said the kid's size ice creams are $8 each) we were like , Excuse me since when the prices got higher(?) she answered but it's just $1.50 extra for each of the kid's ice cream , we said NOooo , it's supposed to be $5 each , bigger cup is $6.50 AND the $8 one includes two scope & two flavours...she literally tried her best to ruin our day , we won't return unless there are professional stuff who know how to speak to others and respect the customers AND whom understands ...
