One stop shop. Great shopping experience with friendly and helpful staff. Freshest produce and deli in the area. So many new and different products to choose from. Great specials on day to day things.

Returned a loaf of Noisette bread on 14 April. It was hollow. I could have put my fist into it. The ageing hippy behind the counter asked me ‘What do you expect me to do?’ I said you could refund me the money. (It was actually the second loaf I had purchased with big air gaps of no bread.) His response/s “you’ve cut into it” and “you’ve eaten half of it!” The shape of the bread is such that it has two very pointy ends which are crusts one wouldn’t toast. It is not a large loaf. His second response was laughable - you already cut it! Well duh; that’s what one does when about to partake of a sandwich or toast. I wouldn’t have seen the massive gap in the loaf without cutting it. I don’t know whether this bloke is part of the family but his customer service was appalling. I have told several people about my experience and I’m now...

You have to care about product quality and customer health as well . I’ve called them for 4 times but call hasn’t been answered. So...
