A tiny plate of food, mainly gluggy rice. I chose honey chicken which was dry and tofu vegetables which were overcooked but got a very small serve of those for $16. I asked for some sweet and sour sauce which was grudgingly given, mainly as there was no sauce. It was a mean serving for a lot of money. Poor attitude from the server. Read moreWas told the dumplings and spring rolls were fresh, what we got was tough dry (supposedly steamed) dumplings that had been sitting out and stale. The rolls were not good either but the worst of it was that we were told over and again how fresh everything was.
They were happy to replace the items with other items, more stale spring rolls and the thinnest tempura shrimp pieces you’ve seen.
The staff are friendly and smiley but their food is really what you pay for … not cheaper than the market either....

The broth was NOT udon broth but more of salt water.
Beef slices were overcooked and dry. There were broccoli, cauliflower and carrot slices in there. REALLY? i wonder if the staff has tried their own food before because it tastes absolutely nothing like Japanese food.
