From day one meeting Rick at imperial lounges I knew this was where I wanted to get my furniture made! He was honest, patient, reliable, easy to work with and always quick to respond to messages. I’ve had a corner lounge suite, 10 dining chairs (even staining the legs the exact same color as my floors👌🏼), 3 king beds and 1 queen bed made and I couldn’t be happier. They were ready in the time frame I was told with the last of my deliveries coming today! Both deliveries arrived earlier than the scheduled time so I wasn’t waiting around and the drivers were great…putting the couch and beds together then taking the boxes with them! My holiday house is now complete and I will be back to order a new couch for my home in the future. Thanks so much to Rick and his team they’ve made my experience a pleasant one AWESOME JOB!

Rick helped us choose a beautiful fabric and we can't be happier. Rick and the Team at Imperial collected our chairs and they were delivered back to us looking 100% better and much more comfortable in no time. The service, care and quality is second to none. Thank you very much Rick and Team, we really appreciate it and certainly highly recommend Imperial Lounges.

If I could give 100 stars I would! From start to finish it has been the best experience. Rick, you have been amazing. So helpful, honest, genuine & have such quality workmanship! Rick and his team refurbished our whole couch, even customising changes I wanted and it is a brand new couch! It’s beyond amazing! The quality is 1000% customer service 1000% workmanship 1000% I highly recommend imperial lounges to everyone. They don’t disappoint!! Thanks again. Couldn’t be happier :) it’s so perfect!!!!

I had my dining table chairs for years and over time they started to peel and split. It got to a point I was embarrassed to have my guests sit on them.

I was unsure what to do next. I shopped around for similar chairs but I had no luck.

A family member recommended Rick to fully reupholster my chairs. So I decided to bite the bullet and contact him. Rick was quick to reply, extremely helpful and super friendly!

Let me tell you I am so glad I contacted him! I have never looked back, he brought my chairs back to LIFE! I am over the moon how they turned out, I can't fault anything! He did such a great job I even gave him my bar stools to reupholster now haha.

Rick and team thank you, thank you, thank you!...

18 years ago we bought a couch from Imperial Lounges for our first apartment. We still have it, and it virtually still looks new even after so many years. Now we are in our forever home, we needed another couch for the larger space and Imperial Lounges was our go to choice. Rick is so lovely and customer service from design to delivery is top notch. The couch is perfect. Excellent quality and workmanship and the choice to custom design from layout to fabric. I always recommend Imperial Lounges to friends and family when they’re looking for new seating as it’s not only Australian made but great value and exceptional quality.
