I ordered a Good Good Burger, adding bacon and chicken, and it was monstrous and tasty. However, I found that my sister's burger, the cheeseburger with a double beef patty, actually tasted a bit better. I feel that if I had chosen two beef patties along with the chicken, I would have been able to taste the beef more, which I believe is the star of the show. In saying that the chicken was really good itself but I still rate the beef higher. Overall, I loved the sauce in the Good Good Burger; the special sauce really elevated the flavors of the beef. The bun was perfect, maintaining the burger's structural integrity while balancing the overall taste of the meat. I always enjoy a good salad, so the Good Good Burger was a great choice for me. I also ordered a side of loaded chips, which came topped with a beef patty, pickles, and jalapeños. One small criticism (subjective) is that I wish the beef on the chips had been smashed or cut into smaller pieces and if there were a bigger portion of chips. This would have allowed for a better mix of chips, sauce, and meat in each bite. The chicken wings were juicy and fresh, and the batter reminded me of Chinese chicken wings I used to have growing up. Overall, Good Good Burger ranks highly among smashed burgers in Melbourne, and if you're ever in the area, you should definitely give it a try.

“The ghost of souvs past” - I’ve coined these burgers because as good good as they are I still can’t get over who, what, when, how & why these boys got rid of the souvbaby. I once got told every love is different and this new establishment echos that justification. Not quite as deep as love as I had for the lamb, tenders or squid but a new found love.. a different kind of love. Orange is the new smash patty. Decent little smash patty… I like to swap the milk bun for the martins potato cos this isn’t my first rodeo and dairy is bad for you g. The buffalo chicken is the biggest W from this new venture and I’m not a big chicken burger kind of guy. The buff sauce is exactly that, buff. So intense when you inhale it you choke up a bit. If you drink they got aqua love looking nice Now, whilst the west lost probably the best souv in the city it gained a formidable burger spot. This will be a staple for years to come

ORDERED: 🍔 Double Cheeseburger: milk bun, double beef, onion, pickles, cheese, mustard mayo, ketchup ($15.00) 🍟 Chips ($6.00) 🫙 Good good sauce ($1.50) + card surcharge It was ~$20.79 for my portion here REVIEW: If you've had shake shack overseas (the best), Good Good Burgers is the closest in quality and taste in Australia. ⭐ That incredible soft milk bun and the incredibly crispy sheets of beef. You can't go wrong with this tied and tested combination. 💡 I'm going to try their actual burger - the Good Good Burger - the next time I go back. The lettuce would probably be a game changer and even CLOSER to shake shack. Chips are great. It's got that crispy exterior and fluffy inside - the quintessential perfect chip. 🤤 The service is straightforward. You can choose your own tables, and you go up to the counter to place your order. Good Good burgers is a great option if you're craving burgers.

TL;dr amazing good good burgers + pickles + chips, not a paid review, caters to dietary requests

I didn't have the privilege of visiting in store today but have been meaning to try these burgers for a while now. I'm often skeptical with burgers because I find it's rare to find a good one nowadays and I'm always disappointed. I ordered delivery through uber eats, as I couldn't make a trip there today, so I can't attest to the taste of eating it fresh and at the restaurant but I'm sure it would be even more delicious. I had the single good good burger and requested no onions or cheese and extra pickles. I didn't think the request would have been accepted, as most places don't read the notes or can't be bothered, so I was pleasantly surprised with my order. In saying that, I took a gamble as well because most burgers get their flavour mostly from the onions, cheese or bacon if it's added to it. Upon first inspection, I didn't think the burger was going to be that good but boy was I wrong. My burger was delicious and full of flavour. That good good sauce is amazing in the burger and initially I thought it wouldn't have been enough sauce (as I love sauce) but it turned out to be plenty. It was full of flavour and didn't taste oily at all. The salad was also really fresh and tasted really good. The pickles were also great. I wish there was an option to order multiple serves of the pickles. The chips were also really delicious and salty. I ordered extra sauce but I probably didn't need it, as there was a lot of flavour already. I think the prices are a lot cheaper in store but it was still very reasonable. The size was good for me but for bigger eaters probably get the double or 2 burgers. It's a shame that I couldn't go in store to try the food, as my food was on the colder side due to the time it took to get delivered but that wasn't the restaurant's fault. I rarely find food to be good if it has cooled down slightly but it was surprisingly still really delicious, so that was a plus. I really enjoyed my meal nonetheless. I'm really grateful for GGB for adhering to my requirements and am looking forward to trying the food fresh in store, in the...

Ate the food too quickly and didn't get a photo.

But I ordered the Buffalo Chicken burger, fries, 3 wings and a thick shake.

The Buffalo chicken tasted like as if you were having buffalo wings but for the burger the sauce was too much you couldn't enjoy the chicken and it also went everywhere so it was a mess to clean up after. So i don't recommend the buffalo burger unless you're a huge fan of buffalo wings. Will try other burgers in the future though!

Wings - wasn't a fan of it, it was quite dry and not enough flavour so I don't recommend it.

Fries - definitely amazing. Crunchy, well salted and they were long, which reminded me of burger edge back around 15 years ago 😂

Thickshake (chocolate) - i would probably stick with a normal milkshake but it was good.

I usually don't get sides or a drink but it was a treat for myself to try something local for once instead of the bigger food chain, so it was a pricey...
