This place is clearly under new management with very little if any experience on what it takes to run a children's playcentre. As a frequent visitor to many playcenteres in the west this place is such a disappointment compared to many others around. We visited over the weekend and although the place was fairly quiet being roughly around 11am the place was filthy ! The tables were sticky with left over rubbish left on them despite no one being seated there anymore. The play areas are full of dirt & rubbish and it didn't even look asthough the floors had been cleaned, mopped or vaccumed in a long time either. Each toilet was absolute filthy from the baby change room, to the women's & males the entire toileting area just stunk too. My 3yr old son entered the jumping castle and even commented on all the rubbish inside. It even had random bits of foam boards just thrown in there not to mention all the rubbish & dust collection on the floor mats as you enter into the jumping castle🤔
The baby/ toddler area was just as disappointing & certainly not any cleaner then the rest of the filthy centre.
As for the food we spent $40 on 1x kids meal , wedges & 2 drinks and we'll the cold coke was the best thing of the lot. The nuggets were disgusting and tasted weird, the wedges were tiny for its price and tasted like dirty oil and the coffee well that was burnt but also served lukewarm despite asking for it extra hot 🤔
As for the toy machines in which don't have tap & pay feature i wouldn't suggest wasting your time asking the cafe if they had any $2 to swap over both their tills were completely empty of change and was told sorry our boss isn't here today so we probably won't bet getting any more change today like sorry not only do you not have any $2 coins for machines you have within your centre you tills are practically empty of every single change despite being so quite !
Overall I probably wouldn't go back until things improved drastically because this was such a let down on so many levels and such a waste of money too !
On the plus side the Lovley young Australian lady and young I'd say new Zealand looking boy working on the day were super friendly and so helpful with any questions even when they couldn't help such as not having change as for the ladies working on the day they just seemed to of been grumpy each time you looked at them I don't think I seen them smile or make eye contact not once.
Soo disappointing ! This place has gone down...
Read moreOne of the worst playcentre experiences I have ever had, the lady owner was extremely rude and aggressive. Firstly when I booked a party via their website and called after not receiving any confirmation nor phone calls as stated on their website, they had no history of our booking. They didn’t ask for any lists of guests attending or any follow up calls.. On the day of the party, shortly after arriving we were asked to pay prior to commencing the party. When We went to check the guest list and noticed that there were a bunch of names we didn’t recognised and when we questioned who these kids were, the lady owner threatened to not do our party unless we paid. We had never once said we refused to pay, we simply wanted to clarify that we had the been charged the correct amount of kids listed and straight away she threatened to not proceed with our party which I found really shocking and aggressive. There were names of people we didn’t recognised and I was trying to explain to them that we don’t know who these kids were and their response was that these kids came up and mentioned that they were here for our kid’s party and supposedly mentioned our names. Later we found out from our guests that when they approached the front desk the attendant had asked them if they were here for the party before they had even mentioned anything. They wanted to charge us for a BABY that entered the facility when it stated on their price list that children under 3 were free, the baby was also sleeping in a pram!!! Not playing!!! Slept the WHOLE TIME!! Their food is TERRIBLE!! They use home brand fries and wedges which are cooked in dirty oil so they are dark brown and oily. Along with their home brand nuggets. Since they changed owners they’ve been terrible. It was never like this before. The venue is dirty and does not get cleaned. Also, if you book the whole venue out for their after hours parties BEWARE that they charge you an ADMIN FEE $100 on the day of the party and if you don’t pay it they refuse you entry on the day of your party so you have no choice but to pay it. They don’t tell you this prior to the booking is wrong, what kind of “admin” does one need to do? Why not just be upfront about it rather than springing it on people on the day of their party? We will not be supporting this sneaky business...
Read moreMy Best Experience in the Play centre! One of the best experiences I’ve had in a play area happened during a family outing at an indoor adventure park. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a whirlwind of vibrant colors, cheerful laughter, and the buzz of excitement all around. What made it truly special was how the entire setup felt like a world built for pure fun and joy. My son started with the giant slides—towering and twisting, they gave the most thrilling rush as I zipped down at full speed. The soft landing at the bottom made it even better because he could jump up and go for another round without a second thought. Next came the trampoline zone, where he spent endless minutes bouncing higher and higher, laughing uncontrollably as he tried (and failed) to pull off mid-air tricks. The obstacle course was another highlight. Crawling through tunnels, climbing rope walls, and balancing on wobbly beams felt like being part of a mini-adventure race. The favourite part was the foam pit! What made this experience unforgettable was sharing it with friends and family. Children had challenged each other to races, cheered each other on, and created hilarious memories—like when someone got “stuck” in the ball pit and they all dove in to rescue them. By the end of the day, we were tired but filled with joy and laughter, making it a day I’ll always cherish. The play area wasn’t just a place for games; it was a reminder of the simple happiness that comes from letting go and embracing fun with the...
