2 weeks ago order 2 chicken cheese and bacon burgers through the drive-thru they were Stone Cold at this time I realise that they were not kept in a warmer or make fresh they had to be put into a microwave but after you put it in the microwave you have to turn the microwave on that's how Stone Cold they were two weeks down the track ok back to the same Red Rooster ordered 2 chicken cheese and bacon burgers also told them what happened to weeks ago young lady that you're make sure they're hot I drove off within 2 blocks I was turned around and heading back to Red Rooster these two burgers we're just lukewarm probably colder than a baby's bottle where do I back to the drive-thru I spoke to a guy I told him what happened he took them away do either replace or reheat the only came to the window and apologized as this was going to take a little longer they asked me to park in the waiting bay the the young lady asked me if they were hot enough I just felt them pulled one out of the bag and ask her to feel the burger she apologized again and took them back in this time when they came back they were extremely hot too hot I had to let them cool down the buns turned into Rocks now I'm only guessing but there would have to be a set time for a chicken cheese and bacon burger to go into a microwave it doesn't sound like rocket signs. All credits for the young lady I think she was a bit embarrassed with the whole situation can't say that for the manager or the person heating the burgers I went back after my first experience which was miserable the second experience...
Read moreOrdered a 3 piece hot honey meal and an extra piece for my friend. Recieved 2 wings and two tiny thighs in one box.The chips were raw, the chicken wasn't fresh even though I called beforehand and was assured by the worker there that everything would be fresh but it wasn't even close. We couldn't eat it, it smelled funny and was totally covered in sauce to hide the fact that is was old chicken it was also raw on the inside. Had to order something else. The chicken was so bad. The potato gravy was rock solid. I recommend that they stop serving fried chicken. It's rock hard enough to break your teeth. You never know who you're talking to, although they know all of our details. I guess it's their way of getting away with accountability. Called them and they said sorry about that. Many apologies but no solution. They offered a free piece or 20% off my next order provided I go there and pick it up. It defeats the purpose of paying for delivery in the first place. Telephone service was amateur at best, the word unfortunately has become a trend for these outfits. They can never do anything about it. They can keep their 20% discount and their free piece of chicken. It seems like they need it more than I do. I wouldn't go there even if they offered me free food for a year. It is what it is, don't order from here. They...
Read moreI was the only customer in the drive through, first time visitor, tried to order a rooster roll without mayo- order taker said no worries, asked to add gravy to it, he said no worries. I then ask for a fried chicken piece- all of a sudden he has hearing loss and says “sorry I can’t hear you- drive through”- I get to the window and all of a sudden he says “I can’t make a rooster roll without the mayonnaise”- I’m perplexed. Can anyone answer why?- I left immediately. I went through a red rooster yesterday also and asked for a roll with roast chicken she said ok, as soon as I asked for gravy in it- it’s like she short circuited and said- I can make you a flayva wrap, without the vegetables and then add gravy to it. I ended up with a FRIED chicken wrap, with cheese and gravy. What the hell is happening to red rooster? is it just me going through it? bring back your roast chicken and gravy rolls- guess I’ll go back to not ordering at red...
