I was almost charged $33+ dollars for the last scrap bits of beef chuck and a tiny end of rump, they were both tiny pieces. Server said one was "4" and the other was "6", which I assumed he meant dollars and not talking about grams in the hundreds, which still seemed high for the sizes. I'm not used to ordering from a butcher and have been ripped off here before so I was weary and only went here because of limited options on a Sunday. Luckily, I got most of my money back when I returned a somehow $20 piece of tiny end rump! But still mad that I almost was robbed in daylight! Avoid or make sure it's not too loud when you're ordering and they server isn't purposely misleading you! He didn't show me the price on the card tapper either, kept it facing him......

Called up to ask if they had 6kg of beef ribs. They said they had almost 6kg. I had to get my partner to pick them up because I've had to work up to Christmas. Got home to find the ribs are all chopped up into small squares that are some of the worst looking ribs I've seen.
