I was almost charged $33+ dollars for the last scrap bits of beef chuck and a tiny end of rump, they were both tiny pieces. Server said one was "4" and the other was "6", which I assumed he meant dollars and not talking about grams in the hundreds, which still seemed high for the sizes. I'm not used to ordering from a butcher and have been ripped off here before so I was weary and only went here because of limited options on a Sunday. Luckily, I got most of my money back when I returned a somehow $20 piece of tiny end rump! But still mad that I almost was robbed in daylight! Got home to find the ribs are all chopped up into small squares that are some of the worst looking ribs I've seen. Even for ribs, these were predominantly fat, not laced though the meat, but just layers is fat. I slow cooked them overnight and the drippings produced about 200ml of stock and 1litre of fat. The beef kebabs are pretty expensive and unfortunately weren't worth because the pieces were inconsistent sizes and each skewer ended up having a throwaway, sinewy piece.
