Milleara pizza and pasta — Local services in Melbourne

I attempted to do a telephone order this week for two small pizzas and a large half-and-half. The lady on the phone answered by simply saying’ Hello’, not ‘Hello, Milleara Pizza’. She made no attempt to represent the business whatsoever. She also had no idea what she was doing when taking the order as she managed to turn one small Capricciosa into four. She then accused me of confirming that I had ordered for wedding fact I had not. I terminated the order and went elsewhere.

I won’t be back. The pizzas are excellent And very very well priced, but if they hire staff who can’t do basic telephone service for phone orders, the price and the quality of the food is of absolutely no relevance.

I’ll be heading up to Dinah Parade. At least they know how to answer...

Great Experience at Millera Pizza and Pasta! Millera Pizza and Pasta always serves delicious food their pizzas and pastas never disappoint! The staff are super friendly and hardworking, even when the restaurant is busy and there are always people coming in. Called to make an order but the time the owner said it’ll take was too long so I said no thank you it’s taking too long and instead of politely hanging up he raises his voice and asks me “how long do you think it takes to make a pizza?” So I ask him is that how he talks to his customers and then he says “you listen to me”.
