East Keilor Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

I’m beyond disappointed in my first experience at my local pizza shop. I had been so so keen to try East Keilor pizza. I ordered a half margarita half vegetarian pizza and was beyond devastated to find a piece of bacon then a piece of ham in my pizza. I am Muslim and don’t eat pork . A vegetarian would have also found this frustrating. I called them immediately they offered to send me out another pizza but it was already 730 and I didn’t want to wait another 45 Min for another pizza. I understand the kitchen has meat products but I didn’t appreciate the kitchen not being careful or cautious or overly apologetic . I was disappointed how my phone call was handled . They didn’t offer to come collect the pizza or a refund or a credit for next time as I didn’t want a replacement sent out. A refund or credit for next time would have been nice. A heartfelt apology would have been appreciated .The pizza wasn’t amazing overall a little under cooked . Beyond disappointed so much for trying to support your local community during this...

Don't waste your money.

Ordered through menulog. After it was half an hour late I called the restaurant to ask where my order was specifying I ordered through menulog and they said "the uber driver has picked it up". OK sure. Another half an hour and this time I contacted menulog to ask where my order was and they informed me that in this case the restaurant delivers using their own driver. Not too long after that it was finally delivered, an hour late. It was hot, so obviously they lied when they said it had been picked up, it hadn't even been cooked yet. How do you spoil a 60th Birthday Party ? You burn pizzas and then call us liars as this staff member named Teresa she saw all pizzas out of oven and accused us of lying the pizzas were burnt and how were our pizzas the only ones burnt well you make up your decision with theses pictures of burnt pizzas and we had to let yen know if we wanted the pizzas undercooked . Terrible customer service to go with the terrible burnt dry tasteless pizzas and made the 60th an embarrassment servicing that rubbish ! Well Teresa if these pizzas are not burnt $250 for...
