The pita is quite tasty and ingredients are fresh.

I think it's a little over priced for the portion sizes, management might consider reducing the price or increasing the portion sizes, or just leave it as is!

Not very friendly unless you are a friend of the management.

The person on the spit doesn't like to wipe the knife after constantly honing the blade. I'm no metallurgist but there is no way to 100% gaurantee that no metal fragments are on that blade without wiping it - prior to digging it straight back into the meat!

After having approximately 10 meals here over the past 6 months, the deal breaker for me is not taking phone orders, and a generally stressed & unfriendly atmosphere behind the counter (also the fear of metal shards in my families food)! Having owned a restaurant for over 10 years, that shop could be run with 4 competent people with ease, including taking phone orders.

I think management need to now start preparing for the fact that people will get over the hype of a new place in the area quite soon (or the next best new place will open up next door), and the small portion sizes, long wait times and lack of an ordering system besides "come in and wait" will eventually hurt the business in the long run,...

To tell you the truth we are not" take away people".We cook at home 99% or go to restaurants sometimes. I must say yesterday I discover a gem in Keilor East where I moved recently..Amazing meat on spit..(All the meats are to die for) Fabulous People :John ,& Jenny (owners and cook) and Amelia taking your orders . Fabulous atmosphere..I took a wrap with lamb for my husband and loved it (he is a French chef) and I wanted the mixed meat on a plate. The food here is amazing, always fresh, tasty good quality food and very generous servings. We go here all the time. Exceptional value for money, the platter for two is amazing and The best Gyros I have ever had.
