The Milleara Delicatessen — Restaurant in Melbourne

Says they’re open until 2:30 pm on Sunday on Google. I rushed to do the weekly shop after the kids ran late at soccer only to be met by a half shut roller door and a shrug from the clerk, who clearly had no care left to give. It was 2:10 pm! Me and another lady stood there, our jaws on the floor, as the young man closed the door and waved us on.

Hot tip: If you’re not going to stay open until the time it says on the website, change your website.

The food is nice, but after that experience, I’ll go to Highpoint instead. The parking is better and their deli staff have never closed any roller...

The range of products is honestly phenomenal - you can't leave with just one product in your hands as you will always find something new you want to try (and never disappoints)

The new owners have brought a breath of life into the place from the appearance of the shop, to the lovely new staff they have hired, to the great new products they are always sourcing and also their social media engagement
