Yesterday first time went there Iwas wanted to purchase few item didnt took my walker generaly staff helps disable people but here no one was help to show me trolls even I was literally needed help they didn't display price how we purchase stuff without knowing price? When ask they said u will get on counter we drive hour to rich to their shop I was trying to find items but their display was so much pathetic cant find items and on asking them they don't knew where items are and was not ready to tell Weather they have or not as so many customer for take awY I didn't do shopping I wanted to and I whatever I purchased I have to remove from basket and they even removed what I was wanted in last I ask to give 2 panipuri pkts. Ut they gave half broken puri I always buy panipuri hardly 1 or 2 puri gets broke that is already broken but here when I take out from car nearly half pkt was broken so as it was dark in night I haven't seen what see put on trolley I realise after going home and I went there 7.30 there was big que no one was answering. E and finaly she,said we are closing at 8pm u could have come earlier we cant serve you any more I said when customer is already inside u cant refuse them finish shopping and by the way don't go on repeating as I heard u I didn't knew your rule came first time will not come again I am tired so please don't kill my head I didn't did full shopping I has guest for whom was purchasing Their prices are very high too compare to online shopping I regret to come to their shop no groceries store treated like this again will need to purchase panipuri and other stuff from another,shop every shop I go they will help me due to my age and disability they had so much stuff still I didn't find what I was looking for as per fair trading law price display is must but this people didn't have any display of price. They don't have proper walking space to do shopping person like me if fall down who can be responsible they are. Ot following HR rule and openly breaking law . Only one thing they did good was on asking they bring chair as I was near to collapse by running here and there to search the itethey need proper display proper space to do shopping proper staff and yes need 2 tilt .inimum to serve customer to give quick and efficient service I think I will get everything under one roof but turn out wrong will not go...

I would rather drive 200km to a sri lankan sinhalese shop than going here again.

We went to St albans brqnch this morning, Parking was full and there was one space remaining at the very end of the parking so we parked our car over there. It hasn’t got any signs which says not to park or which says it’s a loading area. Also there was another vehicle parked next to us.

After buying the groceries when we were about to leave, a guy who was blocking our car in a way we couldn’t move with his car parked behind our car and who claimed to be the owner, came and said us very arrogantly, not to park there because it is the loading zone.

We said there is no any signs saying not to park there and also rest of the parking is full, and he said that’s fine there is a line that’s the border.

When we reversed the car, this guy went and parked on the same spot, so we asked why he parked there. He said he is the owner of the building and land so he can park anywhere he want.

We told him to speak to your customers in the right way and he said HE DOESN’T CARE.

All what we said was to put a notice board or a sign so people can know & This guy humiliated us multiple times saying you can’t understand the line that’s the problem.

There were few other vehicles parked in the middle of the carpark blocking the other vehicles he didn’t care about those at all.

Fix up your Disgusting, Racist, Ignorant attitude towards customers. You can’t treat the customers here in Australia in the same way you do...

This should have come long before but unfortunately this is one is closest to me so have to go to them .

Cons Mid - high price on certain things Extremely poor customer service , are the workers underpaid and overworked coz there is no motivation there to offer any level of customer service .

They have history of mucking up Orders , atleast 4-5 times with me when I have found double charges and wrong food order .

On calling and complaint , no apology nothing . Like this Saturday 15 April I wanted Punjabi samosa , there were none left , I was told they will make fresh ones . So I waited only to find out paneer samosas at home stale and cold . Obvious attempt to dump them off , if you committed giving hot samosas , and I get totally wrong one , the intentions are clear . This was around 6.30 ish so all they did was clear their left overs .
