Ordered 2 pizzas from them over uber eats and what I recieved after waiting over an hour and a half was absolute rubbish. The pizza bases on both pizzas were so hard and chewy that it made my dogs chew toy feel like a better option. Considering I'm only in next suburb over both the wait and the quality of my order having paid over $66 for these 2 pizzas was an EPIC FAIL. never again.

Regardless of what service is available to deliver your product on time, it is the responsibility of the business to ensure that each and every order is sent out fresh from the oven in this case. It is the customer who receives your product the way that it leaves and as mentioned above due to the time frame and myself personally tracking this order, it is extremely unlikely that the delivery driver in my case has held onto my order for the hour and a half plus that it took to arrive on a less than 10min drive. As soon as you walk in the door, you can realise this place is no ordinary pizza joint! The vibe composing of the music and the set up is truly jaw dropping! Seems like a really cool place to hangout before you indulge in their amazing pizza!

The staff are super friendly starting with the cashier all the way to the chefs in the back. Always greeted with a friendly gesture, this creates such a good start to the experience.

Now to the food. My personal favourite is the PCP, the innovation of regular HSP’s have hit a new level here. The idea of cutting up a regular pizza into small bite size pizza pockets and infusing them with HSP trinity sauces is truly amazing. To back it up, they pack it in styro foam as well to give you that traditional HSP experience!

The regular pizzas are amazing too! The freshest meat is utilised and the cheese is melted perfectly into the tiny crevices of the pizza. Each bite is as scrumptious as ever.

Overall, really rate this place highly and recommend for any pizza fan all...

Disappointed Experience Tried the Chilli Prawns pizza for the first time, and unfortunately, it was nothing like expected. Instead of a spicy kick, it was overwhelmingly sweet—more like a sugar pizza than a prawns one. It was so sweet we could not even finish it. Very disappointing. Not what I expected at all.

As a former small business owner myself, I understand how important customer feedback is and the effort that goes into running a business.

Yes, I did request to remove the Napoli sauce and cherry tomatoes, but I never asked for sweet chilli sauce as a replacement. This is a misunderstanding at the staff level. It would not make sense for me to order a Chilli Prawns pizza and then ask to make it sweet.

Thank you also for offering a replacement pizza, but I would prefer not to take it. I wish you all the best...
