Ordered a Pho Combination Special, Salt & Pepper Chicken Ribs On Rice & Pork Belly Banh Mi.

Looking at the hype of the reviews must try.

Pho Combination Special is not really Special at all, no tripe and tendon. Misleading customers. $21 pretty steep for what you get. Broth is definitely not authentic, broth taste like mixed with 70% chicken bones and 30% beef bones. Tasted nothing like traditional pho. Missing alot of herbs and spices. Looks like cutting corners and charging customers top price for “CASH only”.

Salt & Pepper Chicken Spare Ribs Rice. Food is okay, presentation doesn't look really good. You will be eating mainly flour. Coating is too thick like fish and chips. $21 for it.. really? Come on $17 should be reasonable.

Pork belly Banh Mi was great but i think its not pork belly more of pork leg roast, they buy pork skin and fry it up & put it in the roll making it look like pork belly but its not.

Overall portion size are average its just putting in a smaller bowl making it look like there is a lot. Its a illusion.

Too many corner cuts, CASH only is on due to having a atm infront of the shop, so they take advantage of it. At least offer cash incentives, because you dont pay 10% tax to the ATO. They do have payID but then they cant provide a tax invoice.

Definitely not worth the hype. I was born in the westside. No where near comparable even at springvale. Won’t be coming back here. If Pho is going to smell like chicken broth then you know its going to be bad. No...

I try 3 different dishes here and they are just AMAZING! The “crab starch noodles soup with pork and shrimp” (bánh canh cua tôm thịt) has a flavourful and savoury broth. You can definitely taste the quality with crab meat in the broth. Pork and shrimp are fresh, too. The portion size is quite big. The “Stir-fried beef and veggie noodles” (hủ tíu xào bò và rau cải) is tasty. The dish is big with delicious sauce, and the flat-rice noodles is just delicious with the smoky taste. The “Stir-fried diced-beef with tomato rice” (Cơm bò lúc lắc) is delicious. An egg on rice and well marinated beef are combined perfectly together. Of course, the portion size is pretty big.

Highly recommend everyone to come and try it out! Will come back to try the other dishes since they have nearly a hundred...

My friends and I went to Pho and Rolls in Hampton Park shopping centre and ordered a fried rice for dine in. There was a piece of glass that was of the size of a nail in the fried rice. This food was shared by me with another friend. We showed it to the staff, they took it inside and never returned it to us although we asked for it to show to a doctor in case someone gets sick. Manager said they would pay my hospital bill if we get sick. How simple! Returned my money. They didn’t seem to take it serious. One of the staff was rude to us and said they were busy and cannot find the piece of glass which was put in the bin. I have already informed this food safety issue to the council. Also we were not happy of the general cleanliness of the shop seen...
