This was such an invigorating experience! An avid sauna lover myself, I did wonder if there was any point paying for sessions when I have my own in my backyard: but the Seasoul Sauna experience is one that can't be replicated on many levels. There is the fact that it is steps away from the beach, so that in between sauna sessions you can have a sea dip!! There's the added bonus of coming together with likeminded people who all share the common interest in wellbeing and health. Last but not least, you are guided by Amy, who is herself so passionate about creating a memorable experience for all who come along. I highly recommend you give it a try. Thanks so much Amy!!!

My experience with Sea Soul really was an experience. As part of men's mental health week they afforded a number of gentlemen the opportunity to try out the sauna and so I found myself in the company of 6 stranger's (including our helpful guide Sapphire) having a get to know you that I will not forget in a hurry. I'm not a stranger to a dip in the cold bay, but it was a distinctly more pleasant experience when coming from the sauna and returning to aromatic tea and honey. A great opportunity to connect with others and one I shall look to try again in the future. I recommend trying it if you are on the fence especially if you've never tried something like it before.

A Perfect Escape to Unwind After a Huge Week at Work

After a busy and exhausting week, Sea Soul Sauna was exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. Nestled by the ocean, the setting was serene. I visited with friends, and we all felt the stress melt away as we enjoyed the heat of the sauna, coupled with the refreshing sea dip.

The space is beautifully designed, offering a calming atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding after a hectic week. Amy was welcoming, and everything felt luxurious yet grounded in nature. It was the ideal way to disconnect from work and reconnect with friends.

What an absolutely divine experience! Warmly welcomed by our host, Amy and given towel, slides and an excellent overview of the process! The sauna itself is so luscious ! The heat, the steam! Phwaorr!! So good! Amy monitored the temp to make sure it was just right and gave us some ‘hot tips’ on when to pour on the water and how long to stay in. Then followed by an (optional) cold water dip in the bay - exhilarating! Then a break with a cup of delicious tea and a spoonful of honey and salt (to replace what we lost through sweat). Then to our absolute delight, we repeated the cycle two more times! I’ll be back for sure! I’m no longer meeting my pals for lunch, instead, I'm booking us a sauna sesh! 🙌 can’t wait till my...

Hubert and I had the pleasure of experiencing the ‘communal sauna’ for the first time and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The sauna’s large window offers breathtaking views of the sea on one side and boats on the other, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The entire experience, from the soothing sauna treatment to the salt scrub and cold dip into the bay to wash the salt off, was simply blissful. The warm Bengal tea, accompanied by a tea-spoonful of honey and salt, which was new for our taste buds and I went back for more.
