Unpleasant Experience and Lack of Communication
I visited the establishment last Wednesday around 3:45 pm and scheduled an appointment for 5 pm. I have generally had positive experiences here, but unfortunately, my last visit fell short of expectations.
The service started off normally, and everything was going well until, approximately five minutes before the end of my session, I was abruptly told that I needed to pay immediately. This was quite disconcerting as I have never had to pay before the end of a service. When I questioned the reason, the explanation provided was vague, and the attendant simply mentioned that they were closing.
While I understand that the establishment had a closing time of 5:30 pm, it would have been much more appropriate and respectful if this policy had been clearly communicated at the beginning of my session or, at the very least, in advance. Feeling pressured to pay suddenly, without a proper explanation, was embarrassing and uncomfortable; it seemed as if I couldn't or wouldn't pay for the service, leaving me feeling quite uneasy.
I asked for the manager's phone number to report my dissatisfaction and prevent this from happening to other customers. However, as she was somewhat reluctant to provide the information, I was unsure to whom this number actually belonged.
Furthermore, during this incident, I noticed that the staff started conversing in another language, which added an element of disrespect to the situation, as I couldn't understand if there was anything relevant being discussed.
As a customer, I hope that this situation is addressed with due attention and that measures are taken to improve communication with customers. Respect and transparency are essential for creating a positive experience, and this visit certainly fell short in these aspects.
I sincerely hope that these issues are addressed so that other customers do not experience the same discomfort...
Read moreIâve been coming here regularly and overall, itâs a great spot - reliable, efficient, and they always manage to fit me in, even last minute, which I really appreciate. Theyâre open to different design ideas and do a really great job with shaping and refills. My BIAB nails have stayed strong and healthy since I started.
That said, itâs not a spa-like experience. The atmosphere can be a bit rushed, and while itâs completely fine that the staff speak in their own language, there are moments where it feels like they might be talking about you, which can be uncomfortable. The level of nail art skill really depends on who you get - some a great and some less so will take longer. So if you want a specific design, definitely ask ahead and make sure theyâre comfortable with it.
If youâre after great value, efficient service, and strong nails without the frills, this place is absolutely perfect. I...
Read moreNot a very good nail salon. I had BIAB. Very rushed, very thick, lumpy, bad nail shape and of course they charge you extra for this and extra for that. I would find another nail salon, across the road is way better.
Note for owner: this is a true account of my service. Customers shouldnât have to come back to complain and fix. The salon should ensure all clients are leaving with a Quality Service and nails. Your technicians are more than trained enough to know the difference between a good and bad nail service. Most of the time salons are just relying on customers not to come back and complain and often clients wonât cause itâs just bad energy complaining. Please use this review to improve your services. Because you sound like an owner who does care for your business...
