I really wish this could be a five star review. I've been shopping with you consistently for the past year and couldn't be more impressed with the high-quality meat and friendly service from the blokes here. Unfortunately, my experience is often soured completely by being subjected to the miserable attitude of your asian lady employee. She is never friendly, never smiles and consistently makes me feel like I'm inconveniencing her by spending my money. I understand a few bad days, we're all human, but this has been a consistent theme. I've worked in retail before and consider projecting negativity onto customers like this to be shameful and unprofessional. I tried the amazing burgers from here at a friends grand final party, so a week later as I was out on a run nearby, stopped in. All I had on me was my phone with google pay for my amex. Alas they don't take amex, but they tried to make it work for me. No joy. A hour later I was home cooking said burgers (which were just as good as I remembered) because in a fantastic demonstration that kind human nature does still exist, the proprietor of this fine establishment told me to take the burgers and settle up next time I'm there. I will be back to pay and top up with more. Cant recommend this...
